Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tennessee

I am highly disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts. I have given them so many chances and they seem to never get my order right. I also believe they are lacking the proper customer service etiquette; the employees act likes its a chore to take your order and make your coffee.

I have taken the guest satisfaction survey at the bottom of my receipt and I heard back from a customer service representative who got me in touch with the district manager about my awful experience. I emailed the district manager back about my frustrations and concerns and I have not heard back from her (even though she stated she wanted to hear from me about my concerns).

This is so sad for such a new location. I know sometimes it takes a while to work out the kinks and get things right, but this location has been open for a little over 3 months now. There has to be poor management because it really does reflect on how a business is ran. I have been going to another restaurant to get coffee and I can get in and out of the line at the drive-thru in under 4 minutes, which says something about management of the company.

I know the manager of this restaurant that I am talking about; she runs a tight ship and it truly shows. It honestly is very impressive when you get your order taken, pay for your order, and then receive your order in under 4 minutes. All the while having the employee of the company be very friendly and having a nice chat while waiting for your payment card back at the window. It takes effort to create respectable relationships and this Dunkin Donuts is truly lacking some much needed qualities for a business to be ran properly, which is so unfortunate.

I truly believe if this Dunkin Donuts does not change, it will close. It seems like it is going in a downhill spiral and not looking good. I hope they can get things right soon so I can continue to use this convenient location but if not, then I will no longer be using...

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. I went through the drive-through today — no one else in line — and ordered some munchkins, a drink, and another food item. When I pulled up to the window, the tip screen was pushed in my face before I even had a chance to process anything. It felt like I was being pressured to tip, even though nothing had happened yet to warrant one. Out of that awkward customer anxiety (and not knowing if not tipping would affect how my food was handled), I gave the smallest tip possible.

After that, the woman at the window disappeared, and a man popped up to quickly hand me my drink with zero acknowledgment. I hoped they remembered I had more food. A moment later, the woman reappeared and handed me my munchkins — in a plain paper bag, broken into little pieces, with no box, napkins, liner, or anything. She tried to send me off with a “have a good day,” but I had to remind her I still had more food coming. She vanished again, came back quickly with the rest, said another rushed goodbye, and disappeared before I could say a word.

I drove off, only to realize there was no straw in my bag for the extremely milky chai tea I was handed. I tried calling the store at least a dozen times to give this feedback directly, but no one ever answered. So, here I am.

To sum it up: 10 broken munchkins tossed in a bag, bad drink prep, missing essentials like a straw and napkins, and rushed, dismissive customer service — all while I was the only person in the drive-through. This location is...
