Today, I took my kids and husband on a date to this Starbucks. We've gone a hundred times, and loved it every time. This time we were greeted by a woman with long black hair, I wish I'd caught her name, who was incredibly rude and my kids and I felt discriminated against. We have severe life threatening allergies. When we ordered my son wanted to try a new drink.
I asked the woman if the Caramel Frappuccino base had milk in it as an ingredient. She replied, "The base has milk in it." She didn't look, check, or anything else. So I switched gears, "Well," I said. "We get the strawberry frappuccino and we have been fine. The kids are both allergic to milk." She looked me straight in the eye and replied, "The strawberry frappuccino has milk in its recipe too."
At this point, I looked around at the other people working like please come and rescue me from this rude person you have working the register, but not one person came to my rescue. Are you serious! I tried one more time before I had to cancel my drink order and walk out.
My son asked me why she was so rude to me, and I had no answer for him. She was incredibly rude, standing there refusing to check ingredients, refusing to help my kids, basically refusing to serve us Starbucks. It was the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had in my years upon years of ordering...
Read more2/12/15 12:30pm Worst customer service experience. Drove by to pick up my favorite as usual ALL the staff prior to this incident is the best and this location is my favorite however they had an older lady on headset today which has trouble hearing along with rainy day and was just not able to hear my order after saying what I needed 3THREE times I said my order louder since she said she couldn’t here me which proceeded to getting my order not only cold(croissant) and a bad coffee but having a passive aggressive lady tell me not to raise my voice to her barista since she lacks of hearing. I don’t understand if you tell me not ONCE not TWICE but THREE TIMES you can’t hear me how is it you get offended if I say my order louder the 3rd time you ask me. Didn’t want to say this there but here I want to say if you KNOW you have an older lady doing headset and it’s raining maybe don’t put a person who has a hard time hearing. Not only was my croissant cold and made a bad coffee on purpose but you don’t get mad at customers if you can’t hear them over the headset on a rainy day then proceed to be passive aggressive at the window. I’ve been loyal to Starbucks for YEARS but if this service is what it’s going to be now with everything going on lately then maybe corporate doesn’t care to loose a loyal customer consuming more...
Read moreThis starbucks is closer to where I live and I will go down an exit just to go to the starbucks on Almaville. I waited in The drive-through for 30 minutes. When ordering asked for very little ice in my tea. when I finally got to the window he read my order back and I once again reminded him that it was supposed have low ice. He picked up my drink an looked at it and said that it was made with low ice already and handed it to me. When I got home I realize 3/4 of the cup was ice. I called the store and talked to a lady named Desiree who is very nice and told me that I could come in and get another drink that was made right. when I got there I told the lady at the counter that I talked to Desiree and was here to get my drink remade. The lady was not friendly at all which isn’t surprising because most people there arent. she remade me my drink and it was how it should be but the negative vibes remind me each time why I would rather go to the Starbucks on Almaville Road. I believe that when you pay $5-$8 for one drink it should be made how...
