The ice cream was amazing. The decor was also extremely trendy/cute and we ate out in the back courtyard after the sunset. One of the most incredible things I experienced while there was the compassion and kindness of the owner. I did not get her name, but my daughter slipped and fell in the courtyard and scraped her knee pretty good. When I asked if they had any bandaids, the owner got her personal first aid kit and provided me with wipes, ointment, and bandaids. Something she clearly did not need to do, nor did I expect, but my family really appreciated it. Especially my daughter. When we were leaving she stopped me and one of my daughters (the one that fell) and gave her a Village Scoop Shack frisbee and then also gave me 3 others for my other three children. Not only will I be returning for the ice cream, but service like that is not common where my family is from (Pennsylvania) and it was something I will never forget. This place is amazing! Came by on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised with their drilled ice cream. I love the idea of endless flavor combinations and our ice cream tasted amazing! I got strawberry with chocolate cereal drilled in and chocolate drizzle. My friend got their cafe con leche with white chocolate drizzle and both tasted great. Be sure to come on a Monday, they let you do more flavor combinations with their drilled option. Most notable was the service. The gentleman behind the counter was awesome with assisting us with our ice cream choices, and the woman (I believe is the owner) was very kind and enthusiastic when explaining the flavors and options.
