Searched the web for a local roaster in Jupiter and found Oceana. I usually get my roasted beans from Whole Foods but wanted other options. Disappointed to find only a few bags of beans on the shelf that were roasted 2 weeks prior. How can a coffee shop with a huge roaster in the middle of the shop have such a limited supply of old beans??? 2 weeks is the end of the life cycle for brewing espresso, but decided to give it a try. I was even more disappointed when I got home to find the vacuum bag they were packed in was not sealed....why bother using those bags if you're not going to seal them??? When I brewed a cup of espresso they reminded me of 1 month old stale beans. Not sure if I just caught them at a bad time based on the other positive reviews, but I'm definitely steering clear...

I'm not a food critic, so I don't know a lot of the adjectives they use to describe coffee. The only way I can word it is to say it is truly the best coffee I have ever had. It was so pure; I could taste nothing but the most delectable glass of iced coffee. Only problem? They are about 800 miles away from me.
