Casey's — Restaurant in Terre Haute

What a joke this store has become. Used to be nice and ran well. Ordered 2 pizzas for my son for a band trip for 6 am pickup. (Eight of his friends expecting food!) Ordered on the app at 8 pm the night before for 6 am pickup. Get there shortly after 6 am and we're told they hadn't even started them. I told the lady they were supposed to be ready at 6 and she said they had been busy all night and it wasn't her problem. Then proceeds to tell me to never come back because I'm mad that the order that I placed 10 hours before and you have my money isn't ready. Asked them to refund my money and they told me that they can't I have to cancel on the app. I see no where to cancel the order in the app. Told the manager would be in at 8 am. Called about 9:20 am and told the manager didn't show and I could try back at 10 am. I just want my money back at this point!!! Update: Called again at 3pm still no manager. Called customer service. This store a couple years ago was amazing, they had great employees who always seemed like they actually wanted to be there, there was always a manager or assistant manager no matter what time of day or night it seemed like, it was a clean store, had great food and was way better then how it is now. It's always been a busy store but it has gone way down hill the past year or 2. Now theres a whole different group of employees who are rude, theres now terrible ( or no) food, bathrooms are always dirty. Receipt paper on pumps are never filled and no one but management can apparently fill the paper (who never can be bothered if they are even around). I no longer stop here daily as it's not worth the hassle, long lines and negative experience. I used to look forward to walking in there and knowing I'd walk out with what I needed. I felt like I was actually appreciated as a customer. Hasn't felt like that the last 2 years in...

I love Casey’s gas station. It’s typically one of the cleanest gas stations around but the last few months I have gone to different Casey’s gas stations throughout Terre Haute , Indiana. and they have been really disgusting. I don’t know what happened but it doesn’t seem like they care so I know that’s the Leese of people’s worries but when people are road tripping and coming through Terre Haute and they stop at Casey’s gas station they should probably experience what Casey’s gas station should be clean and comfortable not like what diseases can I get so I will keep coming to get Casey’s gas station because I love the food. I love the people, but it’s kind of disgusting when you walk in and the hand dryer has hair and it looks like it’s growing mold that’s not good so yes they do have a paper towel dryer but when you see a hand dryer right there you automatically think it’s gonna be better but...
