Bear’s Coffee and Roasting Co. - South — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Let me start off by saying: I love this place! Cool drinks and lots of options, lovely atmosphere and staff. My one complaint I have is depicted in the attached photo. Quite often, my iced drinks look like this one. More than half ice. I understand its iced, but any more than half ice for the way the drinks are priced seems a tad bit unfair. However, they are not ALWAYS this loaded down with ice. Which leads me to believe there is potentially not a standard on amounts of ice in a drink. Or if there is, it is not being followed. Again, I love coming here and I love the quality of the drinks. But I am bummed out when I find my drink sometimes to have more ice than drink and sometimes not, especially for the price. I think consistency in the crafting of the drinks would go a long way and would improve my rating/experience when...

This is the only location that has messed up on my order a couple of different times and some of their stuff doesn’t taste the same as the north location. My son usually loves the magic milk but says it tastes like water with no flavor both times we’ve came in. I love the north location and hope the third street location can fix up some of its minor issues. I’ll come back one day if I’m in the area and try to give it another shot.

the girls working the drive through on my way to work today were very rude. i asked for a pink petal, i got the response of “yes! oh wait, we CAN make it for you IF you want, but it’s on our last months menu” so i took that as they could make it but they didn’t want to. so i ordered something different and i also got a grilled cheese, as i was on my way to work. they asked if i wanted to tip, and i said no because tipping is not required. and when i got my food and drink i started to eat my food and my grilled cheese wasn’t even warmed. the cheese was still cold and the bread wasn’t even...
