iMechanic, Apple iPhone Repair — Local services in Terre Haute

I brought my phone in to be repaired in August to replace a cracked iPhone screen. As soon as it was returned, I noticed that the screen was extra sensitive. I would be talking on the phone and the mute button would automatically be pressed. A few weeks later my screen began popping out at the corners. I was able to pop it back in myself. Three months after the repair the screen popped completely off and was inoperable. I immediately went to the store. The repair man took less than a minute to glance over my phone and declare it inoperable. I was told there were not warrenty and to repair it, I would have to pay even more than I originally paid to fix the screen. I went to Batteries Plus (who were knowledgable and efficient) and they repaired my screen for a lesser price and WITH a warranty. It was done in 15 minutes. I learned that my screen popping off was the result of the Imechanic incorrectly installing my screen in the first place. I took my Macbook Pro to the Terre Haute iMechanic shop after spilling coke all over the keyboard and having it soak into the computer for about a month or two. The pros at iMechanic were knowledgeable, up front about the cost of repair and very professional. I left feeling confident that my new computer (that I should have taken better care of) was in good hands. I had the pleasure of having Mac wizard and technology extraordinaire Brandon work on my Mac. iMechanic fixed my computer to original condition at the cost of $135.00 (new keyboard/trackpad plus cleaning all coke residue from the internal parts to avoid future corrosion) versus the tiered cost of $745.00 to ship it to Apple for the repairs. on October 2015 I took my iPhone 6 to do screen replacement. I did it with them and they give me werrntty for 3 months. After using the phone for two month the phone I plug my phone to my Mac and do the restore the phone compalitly bloked out I took it to them back they did not even know how to fix it. Than I went to Apple Store at Indianapolis the tecnition saw the phone and he knows what's going on he told me the screen was replaced some were and that caused the bloked out of the phone because the screen was not like the original and will bloked your phone when you plug it to the iTunes. However when you do that your phone will no longer work and apple cannot fix it. I replaced the whole phone. Even though they charge me around $169 and apple will charge you $109 with there werrntty.
