Will not be returning to this location I have had 2 bad experiences 2 days in a row. Yesterday a girl handed me my coffee with the lid not on correctly causing it to spill all over my car instead of giving good customer service she quickly closed the window and didn’t even offer me napkins…. I thought whatever things happen I went again today waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes when I got up to the window someone put a note out that said sorry closing early… couldn’t even bother to help the people that have been waiting in line for awhile before closing seems like this location needs...
Read moreBaristas don't know how to make drinks properly per Starbucks standard. Have observed on more than one occasion the baristas arguing back and forth in front of customers. Not only do they not know their job, they also are very rude to customers. The barista rolled her eyes at the customer in front of me and walked away. Shift leaders and managers refuse to do anything to control their out of control staff. Avoid this location at all costs and don't apply here. Disgusting rude people. Read moreBaristas at this store are always super friendly. However, they consistently get my mobile orders wrong. I took a break from this store after receiving a triple grande white mocha through drive through that was only 2/3 full with no whipped cream. Recently started going back. If I order at drive through, no issues. If I order customizations on my mobile app, no luck. Today they forgot my banana bread. They also left the Java chips out of my Java chip Frappuccino and forgot the caramel on top that I requested and paid extra for. Really disappointed...
