First time here so I decided to see what groceries were available. I was walking back to the groceries when a younger man in a green shirt came flying out of an area to the right of me. If I hadn't stopped he would have knocked into me. He didn't bother to say hi, sorry or anything else to me making it even more awkward. I jokingly ended up saying hi as he was standing there glaring at me. He mumbled hi and walked to the tables in the restaurant. I looked through the groceries and decided to try restaurant. I was unsure if I should seat myself or not. The only tables that weren't taken the man in the green shirt was cleaning. I was trying to find a sign that would tell me whether or not to seat myself. As I was trying to figure it out the man in the green shirt looked at me a couple of times rolling his eyes at me each time.So I said I can just leaving as I was then feeling like a burden to this worker. He then proceeded to follow me to the door yelling at me in English. "Who is to stop you ma'am! Who is to stop you!!" He followed me to the door yelling at me. I decided to stay looking forward and ignore him. He refused to acknowledge me even after he almost knocked into me and then again as I was standing there by him as he rolled his eyes at me, but can chase me done to yell at me? I gave the place 1 star because it was clean. I went down the road to LA Isla. Friendly workers...
Read moreHoly cow! This is a hidden gem. I've literally seen this place a thousand times it's right in the neighborhood I live in. I finally after over many years of just going right past stopped. I'm so glad I have. It's my new favorite by far! It's priced more than fairly. The food is out standing! I had to get my fajitas and put them in the fridge until after my son's basketball tournament and when I went home And had to reheat them they were still on point I can only imagine what they would have been still fresh. There's an amazing little Market inside with some authentic stuff they even have some really really nice boots for sale inside. They have my all time favorite drink for a cold containing aloe vera instant sore throat comfort. But they have it with strawberries which iv never found anywhere else in town. Absolutely loveeee this place and I'm looking forward to returning very highly recommend stopping by! Bright green building you can't miss it. So worth it and the portion they send you is ridiculous but in a good way! One fajita meal is good for two...
Read moreWent on a Wednesday evening for dinner, my boyfriend got the fajitas and the meat was so tender and good. I got enchiladas very lacking in flavor and the rice was bland. Salsa was very good and you could tell homemade. Service wasn’t that great. Ordered asada fries as an appetizer they came with the food and the steak was chewy and fatty on them, didn’t eat hardly any. Was very slow waiting on us as well. Over all, I’ll go back for fajitas and that’s probably it and will be getting them to go…disappointed because the reviews...
