Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Terrell

We ordered online 3 sonic cheeseburgers with just mayo pickles and cheese and another cheeseburger with everything except for the meat. When we got home and went to eat the entire order was wrong. The 3 cheeseburgers had everything on them except for the lettuce. We are allergic to tomatoes so with the tomatoes and ketchup on the cheeseburgers we could not eat them and then the cheeseburger that was not supposed to have meat had meat. So when I tried to call the store of course no one answered so I call the next day and they put me on hold. Needless to say I was on hold for over an hour that's ridiculous I've had so many problems with the store at one time they even blocked my number. Why is this store never open when they should be? I frequently attempt to visit 30 minutes to an hour before closing time and the lights are off and the store is empty. And when they are open that late, they will only serve you a select few items from the menu. Ice cream for instance is almost always off the list after a certain time. I don't understand. If you are going to be open until 11, then be open until then. OR change your hours. OR write on the menu that certain items are time sensitive. Anything less than this is simply unprofessional, and uncharacteristic of a company that deserves...

My mother and I went to Sonic in Terrell by I-20 on Hwy 34 around 3pm. We have several Free route 44 drink coupons from when my family member mangered there. We orederd a water wiyh limon amd lime and a dr. Pepper..our carhop lady came to the car wiyjout our drinks asking for tue coupons we gave them . she came bqck and said that are not valid.so we gave her different ones. She came back several times saying she couldnt except them.. She said her GM was the one not excepting them why? We dont know... Stingy stingy stingy.. We will now take our business else where....
