1st waiter comes over asks what we want to drink. We tell him and a minute later he asks again what we want to drink. Grand daughter ordered milk he asks white or chocolate she says white then asks again white or chocolate like that was the 1st time he asked. My daughter ordered a sprite he comes out with drinks brings my ice coffee and grand daughter milk and proceeds to pour my daughter coffee we say she wanted a sprite oh yeah I'll go get that he says.
We order our food grand daughter orders French toast that comes with bacon and a scramble egg. Her plate with the French toast has a hair on the plate under the toast no bacon and the egg tasted like an energy drink. He takes her French toast to get another made and tell him to keep the egg. Brings it back still with no bacon.
He brought my plate with my grand daughters but not my daughters. He said he'll go get her order. He comes out with another tables food still no food for daughter. He finally brings hers and it was a chicken sandwich on biscuit with gravy. The chicken was so flat and thin and overcooked she could barely eat it. This plate was suppose to come with 2 pancakes she never got them. We were both finished eating before he brought my grand daughters new plate. Asked for to go box and bill. He brings it out and the bill still had the egg on it which we asked to be taken off. This has to be approved by the manager who just went to the restroom. We waited for 8-10 minutes and she had not come out so we just paid for it. Was offered no compensation for no bacon that was suppose to be on grand daughters plate or the no pancakes that was suppose to come on my daughters plate. So disappointed. This was a totally bad experience. It was like the waiters head was somewhere else or the cook either way they should know what comes with each plate. Don't think I'll go back to this...

Another 10 minutes went by until the manager sat our family across the restaurant, away from the only 4 families, in the corner directly under the cold blasting A/C. Our server, bless her, was amazing and did her best despite her obvious stress; hoping we didn't give her a hard time. As we waited on drinks, very loud commotion was continuously heard from the staff in the back. Not too loud to cause annoyance, but loud enough to question and note why a lot of staff members were expressing being upset. Now, two bites into my dry buttermilk pancakes, two staff members rush out the building- slamming the doors loudly. I drank my unsweet "sweet tea" as I watched one of them sit on the curb and sob. I'm still shivering cold. At this point I didn't know how to feel, should I be more upset at my food? The A/C? Or upset at how unprofessional the manager handled letting go the majority of the staff, in the middle of Saturday Brunch. I just wanted to take my mother and grandmother out for an early Mother's Day Celebration, but instead I watched through the window as a mother on staff bawled her eyes out on the curb over losing her job suddenly. Now I have no interest in wanting full details as to why the manager made the decisions that he made- But I didn't enjoy the unprofessional timing because customers had to watch the chefs walk out in the middle of making their orders AND it made EVERYONE visually uncomfortable. It would have been better to close shop early if the manager knew he'd be short staff after firing most...
Read moreIt was a slow and rainy day 7:30am, the place was not even busy but it took from 5 to 7 minutes just to greet US and sit us down because there was no host at the door. We sat down and took roughly another 10 minutes before Traci H, greet US just to let us know that she would be right with us. Later she came back, and took our drink and food order, she brought our drinks and well my soda was flat, I raised my hand to get her attention, noticed me and said to give her a minute, go figure how long was that minute that our food came in, and were halfway there with out meals before she finally came back to out table, asked her to replaced my soda since it was flat, and well took here 5 minutes before my soda came back to my table. I caught her 4 times on her cellphone texting as well as making phone calls. Also spend a lot of time with a table next to us, on where I understand but not to chat with them for 7 to 12 minutes straight. By the way the whole time she keep screaming to the kitchen that who knows who was sick, honestly I didn't wanted to eat there after hearing that. Traci or corporate, I'm not doing this to make you look bad or the restaurant, but to ensure that customers dont need to put up with this stuff. If being a server is not for you with all due respect look for...
