Went in for lunch at 1:00 on Monday. The entire Restaurant only had 5 tables Appetizer came no issue Entrees came and the server asked me to cut into my steak to ensure it was correct. It was. She then quickly walked away and never came back.to check on us My husbands steak tips were totally unacceptable. He asked for medium they came well done. The French fries were old and soggy. The server should have never even let it leave the kitchen. Just by looking at it you could tell the 4 small steak tips were well overdone and French fries limp. We then sat an additional 20 minutes waiting and looking for our server. My husband who is 6.2 and very visible Stood up and tried to get anyone’s attention but unfortunately your staff only tend to their own tables and couldn’t even ask if there was something they could help him with. That’s very sad. No team here. Finally he flagged her done we asked for our check and advised that we did not expect to pay for this meal. She came back with the check and walked away. When she came back to the table she never even opened the check book and asked if we needed change. Seriously is it so hard to open the book and see if we were even paying in cash and if we did pay in cash why wouldn’t you just bring the check book back with the change and say thank you???? I find it extremely rude when servers ask do you need change. They should never assume anything They should always bring the change back and let the customer decide what and if they deserve a tip. I hope someone reads this and sets...
Read moreI was going to another restaurant, when my friend recommended we go to the 99 instead, in Tewksbury. I'd been there before and agreed it was a good choice. Normally, we'd go to the one in Woburn, but decided to make a change. I was going in just to have a good meal; she was also making a comparison between the two 99 restaurants. Immediately, she liked the area better, as it was more wide open with much less traffic. Upon entering the 99 in Tewksbury, she noticed a difference in atmosphere. She liked the fact that there were lots of booths in the middle, and spread further apart. While we never had any issue at the Woburn location, Tewksbury felt a bit less claustrophobic. It's more of a tight squeeze in the isles in Woburn. We both liked the decor in Tewksbury, and the cleanliness was quite apparent. As a matter of fact, our table was still slightly damp as it had just been wiped down. I can't say enough about our very personable and efficient waiter. He was excellent, always smiling and accommodating. Lunchtime prices were a great value, almost unheard of post Pandemic. Her meal was just under $13. I believe she got a lunch combo. She didn't purchase a drink with her meal, but I did. My meal was just under $20, which included a coffee. We both agreed our food was very good, especially for the price. We decided to keep going back to the Tewksbury location. FYI, we went on a Thursday,...
Read moreWe started with outdoor dining but it was not for me there were quite a few people who seemed to be enjoying it perfectly fine but the breeze kept blowing the kids menu and a fly kept circling i was over it so we moved inside. But for someone who doesn't hate the outdoors it will be fine. The hostess was very friendly and moved us back in without being upset. So we ordered the appetizers on special and they were very yummy. Our server was very nice and friendly i wish I remembered his name he was very tall with dark skin. He he was handling tables inside and outside semmlessly. It was an enjoyable lunch the tables inside were spaced out with plastic barriers for extra protection. I will definitely come back here we had a great experience and a great value with the happy hour specials which we could never use previously because the patron was required to be seated at the bar to recieve the deals which I always found disappointing and infuriating and unfair. Im glad they relaxed the rules i hope they keep it this way after the pandemic so everyone can enjoy the deals not just...
