Both our sandwiches were cold in the middle, my wife's egg was still almost frozen. My egg was cold, and so was the croissant. Wife's coffee flavor shot was almost non existent, as was the customer in front of us, who handed it back after taking one sip, saying all she could taste was coffee. About 90% of the time there are coffee grounds in my cup of coffee and when it sits it tastes horrible...and the coffee cups always leak constantly.... I liked it when they used Styrofoam cups worked so much better and keeps coffee hotter.... other than that the food is usually pretty good and wish they had butter nut crunch munkins or boston...

First off, the people that work here are amazing. They do a great job with what they have. This review is squarely on ownership as they are clearly not giving their managers enough payroll/headcount to sufficiently staff the store.
