Wendy's — Restaurant in Tewksbury

Kid at the register was impatient and didn't want to explain menu. I'm not an avid Wendy's customer and didnt have my glasses. He was agitated - which I love in customer service. He served me a full Cod sandwich combo meal in under 4 minutes but somehow the cod was luke warm and hard?! (Not crunchy) And the fries soggy. I assume they were getting rid of food they had. I didnt argue the sandy, but did ask for fresh fries. He served them with exaggerated rolled eyes and he huffed and he puffed until his little teen angst felt fulfilled. The whole time his managers stood there with grimaced faces and acted like they weren't responsible for sending out poor quality food or their front register employees demeanor. I SAT IN RESTAURANT.. ITS NOT LIKE I DROVE AWAY. THEY DID THIS TO A CUSTOMER IN THE DINING ROOM. (ALSO my husband found a rotted apple piece in his Apple Pecan Salad but we didnt mention it bc this place clearly doesn't GAF.

They werent busy either.

I recommend McDonald's. Its the same...

I know as a fast food restaurant I need to keep expectations on the low end but in this case the Tewksbury Wendy's failed on an epic level. They are very convenient to me and I have had small issues over the past 2+ years. After tonight I will NEVER order from here again. Placed an order for the Jr. Cheeseburger deal and a frosty. 5 items. 4 were messed up. 1) They were OUT of bottled water. Switched to a Sprite. No straw (was on my way to work, this was a problem). 2) The burger was ice cold. 3 bites and I was done. 3) Ordered barbecue sauce for the nuggets. NOPE. Not in the bag, and not the first time. 4) THEY WERE OUT OF FRIES.NO FRENCH FRIES!! Are you kidding me!! How are you OUT OF FRIES???!!!??!! The ONLY thing they got right was the frosty.

Right next door is a 24 hour Mobil with a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts. Not 1000 yards down the road from that is a 24 hour McDonald's. MUCH...

This is the worst wendys in the state of Massachusetts not only is the place extremely filthy but there is not one nice member of the staff that works at this one ! Literally went through the drive up according to the receipt her name was leah said thanks like it was killing her to be kind to me and then my food gets tossed at me i say thank you have a good night literally gave me a dirty look and checked her phone as i drove away ! This place should be shut down this place isnt bad saying this place is bad would be way to nice ! Will never come back here again because all i get is atritude or rudeness for being nice an being a human being this place gives wendys the worse name !!!! Hope this place gets shut down it needs to be !!!! I highly suggest nobody visit this location because i guarentee you will be complaining or have an awful experience!!!...
