This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The wifi sucks here and my mobile signal always gets blocked so I rarely can efficiently use the app. It will not process my payment no matter what! The fries are always cold by the time I get them despite the guarantee. I mention it and get blank stares. The quarter pounder meat is always over cooked and they pull the fries too early. When I ask for them well done they still pull them before it beeps. They refuse to take the meat off the grill even a second early or fix the grill time to keep it from being burned. I wasted an hour trying to get a combo meal using the app. The cashier had them make the burger before the payment processed, and it would never go through so I had to go home and get cash and was served the same burger they made and left sitting there in the bag when I walked in an hour ago. All the drinks are messed up. There never Seems to be sweet tea in the lobby so when I asked them to get me some from behind the counter it tasted like it was mixed with coffee. The sodas were low on Co2 and tasted like the lines had been mixed up and running out of syrup. They acted like they couldn't fix it and I was running late already, having wasted an hour so I ended up just having to leave with an undrinkable drink. The food was awful having sat there for so long. I did not have time to argue enough to get it made fresh because I was already late for work again. Seems like lately there is an issue every time I go there. When you go inside to order no one ever seems to be in a hurry no matter how busy they are. There are always employees standing around when I go in there. There have also been times I've ordered coffee and its severely watered down so bad it tastes like water. The first time it happened I watched them do it probably because it was only an hour till closing time. They should have just told me they were out. I have wasted so much time and money at this location...

Today was mostly a miscommunication. I ordered my normal breakfast, along with two strawberry pies. However, before I ordered, I asked the young lady specifically of she had two strawberry pies ready and she said yes. When she said yes, it surprised me so I repeated my question. "Do you have two strawberry pies ready." Her answer again was a bold yes. Great! Continued with my order.
Approximately five minutes later I heard an employee in the back speaking to another employee saying it was going to be 10 minutes on the other pie. No one mentioned it to me. So I'm waiting for someone to confirm I'm waiting. Nope! It took me stopping the young lady and asking her if we were waiting on pies. She said yes, should be about 8 more minutes now. Okay, I've already waited this long, I'll wait.
Fast forward 10 minutes later, the young lady that took my order comes to me and says, "They never dropped your pies. It's going to be another 10 minutes." Needless to say, I did not stick around. I ended up with one strawberry and one apple, which is fine. Just wish they had said something directly to me.
The young lady did apologize several times and said she even went back there and told them I was waiting and to drop more pies. The "cook" came with her to the front and advised me that it would be longer. So, the "cook" is the culprit this time.
Anyway, like I said, this is an isolated incident for me. I'll go back. They did raise the prices on everything, so a bacon mcgriddle, a large drink, and two pies was $9.65. Don't get caught off guard...

Order two frappes one of the frappes was barely 2/3 of the way full when I asked him to fill it up like it's supposed to be they got a nasty attitude try to ignore me told me they weren't going to fill it up they would give me my money back instead if I didn't want the frappe I insisted that they fill it up like it's supposed to be. She pointed to a line on the cup and she said that's a maximum amount that we're supposed to put in the cup but I'm going to do it this one time. The line clearly says a McCafe coffee not a frappe so I googled it Google said that they should be full which I confirmed with the corporate office when I try to tell him that they just turn their back on me and walked off. It's obvious the manager is scamming the customers probably to get some kind of bonus for saving on food cost. I'm just here to let you know you're nasty attitude is not appreciated. If you don't like your job get another one but most importantly give somebody what they're supposed to get at almost $6 a pop I don't expect to get a cup two-thirds full. We have the internet at our fingertips now. To their other customers don't believe what they tell you verify it...
