They're actually into helping the community. They help the Boy Scouts earn their Indian lore patch today! The Texarkana Museums System has an extensive Caddo Indian Collection. They taught the scouts about the Caddo Indians – the Native American Culture from our area. They let the scouts learn about the history, dwellings and traditions. They let them make a model of one of the beehive huts. They helped them learn Native American games and stories so they could share them with their troops. This way they could earn the Indian Lore Merit Patch!

Beautiful wedding venue. The backyard is large enough for the ceremony and the reception, the trees come down low enough that you can decorate them with lights and create a very pretty backdrops. The billing itself is very photogenic for pictures and has a very nice walkway for the bridal party to come down on. The parking is good for a smaller scale wedding. They have bathrooms and an indoor space for catering to keep the food. Overall, I would definitely recommend the museum as an event venue. It has a lot of potential for any size party!

Closed. Notice the broken window. The place is in disrepair. There is no evidence of any remodeling or repairs going on. We were very disappointed as this was one of the few places of interest my wife and I considered checking out in Texarkana. It was a total bust.

After trying to take the tour of the Ace of Clubs House 4 TIMES, we finally got to see it! Immacuate interior! The docent went out of her way to have a chair ready to sit on, in the next room, due to my walking disability. Very nice tour!

The staff is very informative and helpful. We couldn’t get inside as there is no self guided tours. The opening hours on google maps confused us as the last tour is at 3.30, even though it’s said the museum is open till 5pm

It is CLOSED for renovations. Can't wait to come back when it's open, the house looks incredible even though there is quite a bit of deterioration. Was neat to stop and peak through the gate on our way through the town.
