Shipley Donut — Restaurant in Texarkana

We’ve been here three times. And 3rd time was definitely NOT THE CHARM! There was a miscommunication with an item on the menu and when we told her that the item is not what we ordered to please remove it from our ticket and keep the item the lady tending to us through the drive thru wasn’t pleased with that response and decided to snatch the item from my husbands hand. I don’t know what in her silly rabbit mind thought that was ok. But she’s lucky my kids were present in the vehicle with us otherwise I wouldn’t have bit my tongue so hard. Definitely won’t be returning no bad service outweighs anything...

Very slow this morning, as it seemed that one lady attended the window and the lobby customers. Friday seems to be a busy time to get morning donuts, so it will be best to get her someone to help with that. I waited twenty minutes in the car line and still waited for her to come to the window as she tended to others inside and you can't go around the other cars if you choose to leave it. For a place that is supposed to deal in doughnuts and be open at 5am it didn't have much of a selection. They need to get the staff at place in time to produce a sellable products. After tasting one lemon pocket I don't know what to say. All of our doughnuts and baked products had customers coming from miles. I guess I won't be driving here again.
