Extremely pleased with my cookie order! I found this bakery by a simple Google search on royal icing cookies in the New Boston/ Texarkana area. I ordered cookies for my daughter's second birthday party, and the theme was "Yabba Dabba Two" with an African-American Pebbles and BamBam. I initially filled out an order form online then I was contacted by phone for further details. On the order form, I gave the theme, party colors, my daughter's name, and the event date. Via Facebook messenger, I provided inspo photos and showed some DIY decorations I made for the party. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION! The cookies were a perfect blend of the Pinterest inspiration photos, my DIY projects and Graham Slam's own spin based on my instructions. They were beautiful and tasty! Thank you, Graham Slam!

A delightful nook in downtown Texarkana. No place that I could see to sit and enjoy, just take out. Cupcakes are super soft, like falling apart. The idea of parchment paper instead of liners is perfect, since these little cakes need to lay down on a plate and a fork to consume. Personally, the frosting was a bit much compared to the portion of cake, but the balance of butter, sugar and flavor is spot on. When needing the next sugary treat I will give the cookies a try! In other words, I will be back, you can join me!

Horrible customer service when they didn’t properly set a cake. The cake was not properly supported and began to lean on the ride home. Sent out an SOS and the bakery was quick to respond but offered no solution. As they claim it wasn’t their fault! They said toys that were added cause the fall. The toys were less than a pound and fit fine on the cake we were able to secure. I am so saddened by this cause we lost about 6 hours of time trying to find a new bakery. I have worked with several bakers and even if it wasn’t their fault, they would pull all nighters and/or contact other bakers for support. I got reviews from other bakers and they ALL agreed there was not enough support for a three tier cake. If this baker had half a heart of concern I wouldn’t leave this post because I know how it is for small businesses, but her lack of concern was such a huge turnoff. DO NOT...

I really wish we could give it 10 stars! We had not been to the location in downtown & noticed they moved to the new location on Arkansas Blvd & wanted to stop in & try them out. I'm sure glad we did, we got a couple of cupcakes, several cookies...each & every one was fresh & delicious. In my younger life I was a caterer & cake baker/designer & I was so impressed by the store, the staff & the goodies. The icing on the cupcakes is perfect & the cookies are so soft & delicious.
