I want to give credit where credit is due - this USED to be the sonic I could go to and knew what I'd get. The last few experiences here have changed that, especially today. I placed a mobile order and didn't have the option for gravy for my kids' meals. I immediately pushed the red button when I got there to see if I could get gravy or PURCHASE it. I sat there for at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to come over to the speaker. They did not. When the girl brought my food out, I asked about the gravy. She said, "It's a basic kids meal. I can't give you gravy." I said "oh I didn't know that. I have always gotten gravy, " to which she told me someone bought them out. I said, "Oh ok, well, can I purchase gravy then?" And she said,"Well, there's like 3 different screens in there, and I'm the only one here, and it would take me 20 minutes to get you gravy." I said,"Well. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes, and no one had answered my screen, so if they had, I could have had gravy..." From there, the conversation spiraled, became admittedly unpleasant on both sides, and when I left, I realized my 3 orders of chicken strips were all burned, and none of my 5 drinks I ordered are drinkable. Not only were they all super watered down, but there was either none of the flavoring that I ordered or so much they can't be drank. I'm just very disappointed. I dont like writing negative reviews at all. I prefer using this space as a positive experience to try to boost good businesses. But this was not very pleasant in the slightest, and there really needs to be some evaluation of scheduling and customer service experience, coming from someone who's worked in customer service in many different...
Read moreAsked them to take my hot fudge sundae back it to put more whip cream on it and then I called them and asked them if they could put it in their freezer so it wouldn't melt while my wife and I was eating our food in my vehicle they asked me if I wanted them to make another one and I told them no to just freeze it, well when it came time I pushed the button to get it and my waitress brought it out. After she leaves I proceeded to eat it and realized it was not hot fudge like my receipt said it was supposed to be, so I call my waitress back out there and didn't know anything about it but said she would fix it. The manager JaVaughn comes out to tell me after they made my original sundae they shut off the hot fudge machine, mind you that it is still ateast an hour and a half before closing time. The just of the story is that they disobeyed my order to freeze my original hot FUDGE sundae and threw it away and then when I called for them to bring it back out, they just made me another one but with chocolate instead, thinking that I wouldn't notice it, so I call my waitress back out and told her what was going on which is when the manager came out and told me about them shutting the hot fudge machine down way too early before closing and asked me if there was any other I cream I wanted (which I thought was nice of him trying to make amends with me) but when he brought my cookie dough blast out to me he didn't even give me a small, he gave me a MINI which didn't match up to the price of the hot fugde sundae they shouldn't try to hide stuff they should've...
Read moreOn January 20, 2021 I ordered two blasts using the icons. When I went to pick them up I was told the ice cream machine was broken. I asked about a refund and was told it would be 5 business days I went back later and the machine was still broken, still no refund. I called to see the status of the ice cream machine and was told it was fixed and I explained I had ordered them blast but the machine was down on two occasions and no refund was given but I would stop by and pick up the blasts since I had paid for them already. The phone person said they could let the blasts out unless they were paid for. He said that was all he could do. He took my name and phone number for the Supervisor to call me. No calls no blasts and no refunds after some time I work Sonic HQ and the reply I qualified for a refund and one would be issued.
