UPDATE: losing a star. Sorry, I want to rave about how great you guys are, but I'm sick of the staffs inability to follow simple, very specific directions. Case in point: when we get baby shave ice for my kids, I SPECIFICALLY ask that there only be a splash, sometimes even just a drop of flavoring. Not sure if anyone else has an issue with this. But, if I don't get "extra light" syrup, the kids are scooping syrup soup 1/3 way into the cup. If I specifically explain to someone taking my order that "I want just a splash of syrup. So little syrup that I can see lots of white," I expect that that will be what I get. When i drive to the window and they hand me a visibly overly syrupy cup of mush, and I hand it back to them because it's Not what I ordered - I expect them to be honest decent people and make a new shave ice exactly as ordered. That's not, however what happened on our last visit. No... on this visit after returning the baby shave ice, we received a "new one" on which we could in fact SEE white. The problem was, instead of making a new one, the just lopped the top off of the shave ice, added a new top and poured a splash of flavoring on top. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until we had driven away. My kid was in the back and I happened to turn around and see that the whole top removed easily and instantly I saw how much effin syrup was just under the surface. If you're hired to do a job. Just do it. Do it right, and you wont have to do it again. Take the order, make sure the person making it understands that order, and give the paying customer EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR. Done. It's really that simple.

Sometimes they mess up orders or mix all the flavors together instead of making them in stripes next to each other, and we occasionally have the feeling they're either training new people often, or the manager(s) have difficulty organizing everyone.    Read moreSo we went to this location like we usually do every so often, they are always slow, no matter what, no line, big line, doesnât matter, they will take theyâre sweet time with it. Anyways, we get there, we are the only ones there period, inside and out, we order in the drive thru, one dreamsicle, nothing difficult, then another car does eventually pull up behind ours, so there was us and one other car all together, also let me not forget to mention, at least 3-4 employees visible out in the front behind the counter. They take theyâre sweet time making our one thing we ordered, like usual, and we were very shocked to see that the first spoon scoop into the dreamsicle snow cone, there was JUST ALL ICE UNDERNEATH!!! They only BARELY coated the top with the syrup, so weâre scooping at the snow cone just to see if maybe it was only a little ice underneath, but no, they were lazy and careless and did not give us what we paid for (which isnât cheap for what it is) so we go back to show them and have them make us a new one or give us our money back, the black girl there was the one making them, and she gave my husband a nasty look the second he even walked in, he explained that he had just went through the drive thru and that there was no flavor in it and asked if he could get a new one, and the Hispanic girl at the counter with dark medium length hair in a braid told him âUm, we canât remake this, we donât do that here, but weâll put more flavoring in itâ like girl what do you mean yall âdonât do thatâ Iâve had a few snow cones remade for us in the past, not very often at all, but Iâve always had a wrong order remade, like a professional would. So between the time it took, the wrong order, the laziness, the attitudes, nasty looks, and possible false information just to do less work, I would give zero stars if I could, this was my last straw with this location.    Read moreI ordered 3 mango ice cones with Chile salt and sour sand. When I received them through the drive way 1 out of 3 was fine. One of the snow cones did not have any Chile salt whatâs so ever and the second one I received they put the sand and Chile salt only on half of the ice. Easy fix no big deal. I nicely asked the drive through employee if she can please add Chile salt on both of the snow cones. She went from a smile to a simply annoyed look and took only one of the snow cones and quickly shut the window leaving the other snow cone in my hand. She told the other employee that they want more Chile salt and both laughed .The drive through employee handed me my snow cone and I told her the second one needed some as well which she rolled her eyes and took the snow cone put the Chile salt on herself and gave it to me quickly shutting the drive through window and walking away. Come on itâs not that hard of a job to simply get what the customer paid for! It is extra and if I paid extra for toppings that means I want it not just taking my money and getting angry because I want what I paid for. The employee shouldnât be working in drive through if she doesnât want to deal with customers. The service was so horrible that I wasnât given a spoon for one of the snow cones that I just drove off.
