The food is EXQUISITE. The meat is so tender that melts in your mouth. It appears though that they don't add salt to the barbacoa (the sheep's at least) and just allow it to cook in its own juices so you may need to add some if you'd prefer. The consome which is a broth produced from slow cooking the meat, is also so flavourful; they add garbanzo beans, potatoes, and some barbacoa meat-such a great broth good for dipping your tacos in (see video). The atmosphere however, waiting in line can be a bit harsh during the cold winter weather. The service is phenomenal-they put customers first.
