Subway — Restaurant in Texas

I recently visited this Subway location, and while I usually enjoy my experiences, this visit left me a little disappointed. The staff member who prepared my order did not follow the instructions I provided. I had asked for mayonnaise on the bread before the meat was added, but it wasn’t done that way. Additionally, my sandwich was heated when I hadn’t requested it. The end result was that my sandwich wasn’t made as I wanted. When I asked about the cold cut combo (which has always been a staple option), I was told Subway no longer offers it, but the employee also wasn’t able to clarify what the current “sub of the day” is. This made the menu a bit confusing. Another small concern was packaging: I ordered four six-inch subs and was given a very large brown paper bag, which felt wasteful compared to the size of the order. I understand that changes in menus and procedures happen, but clear communication and attentiveness go a long way in customer service. I hope that with more training and attention to detail, this location can deliver the consistent quality that Subway is known for.

I stopped in at the subway at 6422 US-183 on Friday 3-22-2019. While waiting in line, I watched the guy making the subs on three occasions make the subs and necessarily touching all the products needed to make them. I also watched him sell these products through the POS and exchange US currencies paper and coin. He was wearing vinyl gloves different from the ones that Subway provides to the other servers. At no time did he change these gloves. He handled money touched the POS scratched his face and handled the meats cheeses produce and breads all without ever changing or wearing fresh gloves. I always go to this location at 183 close to Armstrong and always was great but a few days ago when I went it was a girl from India she had gloves but when she Touch the register with her gloves and then she wanted to make my Sandwich I thought she’s going to change her gloves but she didn’t and she asked me. What do you need she means veggie, I couldn’t believe it ! she didn’t change her gloves, and I had to tell her please change your gloves and she did, but I wasn’t happy about...
