Bellavita II Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Texas

I order pizza with a bill of over $74 and request delivery service. I live about 10 mins from this plcae and after 45 of waiting, I never received my order, so I call and spoke to someone telling me that it was om its way. After waiting another 20 mins I called back and spoke to the same female and she then stated that there was nothing that they could do, since this delivery service was a 3rd party. I told her that they hired this 3rd party service and Yes, it is your issues. She continued to say that there was nothing that they could do, so I told her that I would dispute the changes and that I would NEVER order anything from they again. I've been to the restaurant for years and to have extremely poor service today was very upsetting!! Trus me, I'm going to place my post and frustration with this place on every site possible!! Been to them numerous times cause of their food and customer service is always great. Just yesterday we place a order and was done at the exact time as told like always. But yesterday they made their first mistake they have ever made with us. We ordered 3 stromboli's 2 that were special orders. When I got home we only recieved 2. We called them back told them what happened and they told my wife to come back and they would make another right away. Sure enough I get in there and they were so apologetic about the ordeal and were already making it. While I was waiting they even offered me a drink while I wait. With 8 mins they had another ready and apologised again for the mistake. They did great like always and the customer service I recieved was absolutely great. I will keep going to belavita and recommending...

Service wasn't good tonight and the staff that rang us out was rude. We were charged $8 for a "child's" pizza that wasn't even on the menu and charged $1.00 for bread that's usually free. They just lost some good customers that frequented this restaurant quite consistently. It seems like they just made up charges.They even had the audacity to charge a dollar for my sister to eat one slice of my pizza. They watched everything we did so they could charge more money which was not warranted! I have never been treated so badly!!! The old broad that was at the register was obnoxious and one of the rudest things I have ever come across. Let's not forget about the younger broad with the long black hair...she was just as obnoxious and rude!!! If you want your night ruined, then grab a bite...
