Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

This Sonic has seriously gone downhill. We used to stop here every morning for breakfast and coffee and the occasional lunch. The service was excellent and crew really had it together. Now it’s absolutely terrible. Order is never right, the wait is way too long. The crew members are either poorly trained or just don’t care. You can’t even place your order without several interruptions. It is too frustrating. I did email corporate and received an email from the manager that the morning crew had been addressed with the importance of getting orders correct, and an invitation for a replacement order. Went back and paid for my breakfast, did not use the offer for a free replacement, and once again, the order was wrong, and waited while coffee was made……during the breakfast run. Definitely undeserving of a single star, and definitely will...

I was thru the drive thru tonight get a combo meal and asked for a cherry limeade drink when I got to my driveway and tasted the drink it tasted horrible. I called to speak with someone to see if I could pick up a new drink the next day since I had already made it home and the Manager Elijah said they were closing in 6 minutes and because he had tasted the Sprites my drink should be fine. Very unprofessional I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager and if I had I wanted to call the 1800 number I was welcome to call them. He was not concerned that my drink wasn’t tasting right or willing to remake a new one or suggest a different drink. I’m very disappointed in the service I received...

i call in every morning for my breakfast, Brenda is the best! she deserves a raise! She can run that place all alone but shouldn't have to. Unfortunately she has, too a couple a times a week. Get that woman some real help. Maybe the Manager that is making all the money should come in and cover the asses of the crappy people they are hiring so Brenda doesn't have to bust her ass.
