This place has a lot of potential, but needs some work.

This food truck is right across a gas station, making the lighting very good so I was fond of the location. I was greeted by an older Muslim lady who was very sweet yet shy. The food took quite a while (30 min) to prepare, but she was the only person in the truck and I think she had many of the machines turned off. It was also a pleasure to watch her make the food - she is clearly very experienced and made the cooking look like art.

After receiving my food and driving back (about a 30 min drive back home), I opened my boxes and was a little disappointed by how the food turned out. My first impression was that there was too much sauce - this is a problem with each one of the dishes so that will also explain why their rating was pretty low. As the food is to go, the abundance of sauce means our food was very soggy.

I started with the zinger burger (5/10). It was pretty standard as far as burgers go. There is potential in the chicken as the breading had spice but the sauce covered all of it. The zinger roll (6/10) was my favorite dish as it tasted like the burger but more fun for me to eat. The chicken mayo roll (3/10) was in my opinion my least favorite, as I am not a big fan of malai boti (I hate the texture). Finally, we have the chicken garlic mayo fries (3/10). I didn't realize the chicken was going to be malai boti as well, and the fries were way too soggy from the sauce.

Overall, the flavoring isn't too bad, and I think the sauce was also flavorful, there are just some improvements I would make:

a) For to go orders, give an option to pack the sauce on the side. It would make the food considerably less soggy and I can pour the sauce to my own extent.

b) Give some spice levels on the dishes ordered. The establishment is called JNS Hot & Spicy yet the food was never spicy to me. I think having some level of adjustment can go a long way.

c) Put some item descriptions for the dishes on the menu. I would not have ordered the chicken garlic mayo fries if I knew it was malai chicken used, and it's a simple fix that would help a lot.

Overall, there is a lot of potential here and I can definitely see myself coming back, especially if I'm eating there as I'm sure the food tastes much different fresh.

1/10: horrible 2/10: bad 3/10: below average 4/10: slightly below average 5/10: average 6/10: slightly above average 7/10: above average 8/10: good 9/10: really...

Let me start by saying this: if you haven’t eaten at this food truck yet… what are you doing with your life?

From the moment I walked up, the atmosphere had me hooked — friendly faces and an energy that felt like a block party met a five-star kitchen. The service? Fast, friendly, and smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter. These folks know how to run a food truck like a well-oiled (and deliciously seasoned) machine.

Now, let’s talk food — because that’s where this truck really breaks the scale. We’re talking 12/10 flavor bombs. The burgers? Juicy masterpieces with buns so soft they could double as pillows. The fries? Crispy golden perfection that should honestly be illegal. And the sauces… oh, the sauces — each one deserves its own fan club.

But wait — the shakes and juices? Life-changing. I’m convinced they contain some kind of sorcery (or just really good ingredients and actual flavor). They’re thick, refreshing, and the kind of drink that makes you pause mid-sip and go, “Damn… that’s good.”

In short: this food truck isn’t just serving meals — it’s serving unforgettable experiences. If I could give more stars, I would. If you see a long line, just get in it — trust me, it’s worth...

Definitely a must have !!! I am actually from Katy but was in the area of sugarland and since everyone was saying many good things I couldn’t help but drive over there . I arrived and the owner/ staff helped me order and it was a nice experience . And very little wait for my food. The gentleman brought my food to the car as well instead of me standing there which I thought was nice of him. Now taste of the food- I order the mayo garlic roll and it came with spicy veggies and fries. IT REMINDED ME OF Karachi , Pakistan! The fries were irresistible . Love the spicy ness in my veggies reminds me of achar lol and the roll was really good !!! I really wanted to save the other half for the next day so yes I warmed it and it still tasted just as good ... definitely going again!!!! And next time I wanna order the bun kabob . It’s very hard to mimic a taste of where your family is from but I believe jns got the...
