I grabbed a slice on my way home from a long day at work. I love that they offer pizza by the slice. The reason for the 2 stars was less about the pizza and more about the lady in the register. She clearly wasn't interested in selling me a slice. Ok fine. However she was very short, lacked friendliness and customer service. When I realized I was short by a few cents when she gave me the total i politely mentioned i needed to go grab change from my vehicle and she just says, "oh just pay the extra fifty cents with your card" real angrily. Look, if you did t want to sell me a slice and wanted me to i stead save them the trouble of cutting me a slice, she should have just stated so. I would take my business elsewhere. It's fine really. Jesus, man, did she really have to treat me like a lesser person because I "cOuLDn't AfFoRD" a full pizza? Lol other than that, the pizza was ok and definitely worth the $2 a slice. If you plan to go for a slice, just bring enough including tax and keep the trip short, she's already angry enough as it is that you won't spend more money. At least if your quick with the order you both can move on...
Read moreNapoli’s is the best Pizza in the Sugar Land area in my opinion. The ingredients and the crust are superlative, for sure. I’ve tried so many places in Sugar Land and they were all good, but not excellent. I even gave up trying and settled for Papa Johns(prior to the Holding Company buyout- I liked the Sourdough). They have a full menu- including pasta, which I will try next. Don’t be fooled by the small format Restaurant. I tried them on a whim, and I’m glad I did. Where else can you get two large, handmade pizza slices for $9; all fresh and made to your specifications? And the service, excellent as well. Very nice people work here. As polite as can be. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Support...
Read moreI will say that this is one of the best restaurants in Houston I have been to, I have tried 5-10 dishes and everything I have tried I have at the very least pleasantly enjoyed. You'd think that with an extensive menu ranging from American dishes, burgers, pizzas, pastas, wings this place may have bitten off more than it could chew. But no, everything is done well. The staff is very nice and considerate and give a personable dining experience even though it seems the restaurant is more takeout focused. If youre looking for a good casual dining experience with good food at a very reasonable price, I highly reccomend as someone who rarely feels the compulsion to write reviews....
