Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Texas

I don’t like to give any negative comments to any Resturant but this one I think is petty. Although I purchased breakfast which was okay I didn’t count on sitting in front of the store and having to be asked to move. In observing the store for awhile I could not understand why I needed to move because the whole time I was there they weren’t busy. I didn’t see a line to the road and people fighting for a parking spot. They do have signs that say not to park in their lot but it looks like they are talking about the lot on the side of the store. I know it’s their property and I understand but sitting in their lot eating and letting my food digest with plenty of places to park I felt was more of someone saying look what I can do with the power I got. I’m not a resident of el paso and I would have liked my visit to be more positive. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I get so sick and tired of going to restaurants, and they never give you what you order. I don't even know why they bother to ask you. They charge you for what you order and then give you what they want you to have. I ordered and was charged for 2 double famous Carl cheeseburgers, with one of them being low carb. I received I double western burger and one single western burger, and neither one of them were low carb. I ordered a blood orange baller drink, and it had no balls. Then you try to call the restaurant and they won't answer the phone. There was only 1 person dining in and he already had his food but obviously they didn't get his order correct either because he brought his receipt back up and they said oh sorry I'll get that right out. Then there were 2 men that came in after me and ordered food to go so they were not busy at the time...

When we pulled up to the drive through there was no one ahead of us. And as we ordered no one was be hind us (deffinately not a busy time.)

Rodney is the name on our receipt but it was a woman that took our order in the drive through. She rushed us to order cut me off before we were done and still didn't get the order correct, we were missing an entire burger. She scoffed at me telling her we needed one more burger then we sat at the window for 10 minutes before any one came to take payment. She then Kept the card Inside as they forfilled our order instead of charging the card and handing it to us with the receipt. (Definately feel like we need to keep an eye on our account for extra charges). She rushed us away when handing the order, card and receipt to us. The food was good but the service was horrible. Definately making us refrain from coming back...
