We just had Catfish on Wheels come and do our company Christmas lunch today. They were a hit! Many of our employees have had their food before, but today was a first time for a lot of us. They arrived on time, set up and cooked and were ready for us to have 'all we can eat' from their buffet. It was delicious! Everything! We scheduled this company out to cater our business Thanksgiving lunch. 30 minutes before they were supposed to be here, we called and checked on the status, only to find out we weren’t in the schedule.
