Ok, so to start off their customer service is horrible. The only pleasant staff there was the young boy they were training. Unfortunately, this does take place due to his error but on with the review. My mother, two daughters and I went here to get some food for a picnic. I told the young man that I wanted 2 kids meals and proceeded to tell him what I wanted on them. I go down the line with my daughters' sandwiches while mine is toasting & my mom is ordering. The woman handling the condiments yells out, "what do you want?!" in a very, "hurry up. I don't want to be here" tone. So I tell her just lettuce, mayo & mustard because they are kid sandwiches. Apparently, the young man had made the sandwiches 6" instead of 3" which I hadn't noticed. So what does this woman do? She cuts the other 3" off and throws them away RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY MOM & ME. Now, I was shocked. My mother was pissed. She told the woman, "Oh, you are going to throw it away. I was wondering what you were going to do with that after you cut it off. So you would rather just throw it away then let your customer keep it and explain the error?" My mother calls the woman out in front of everyone. Then the manager turns around and says, "Well we could let you keep it but then we'd have to charge you for it." She treated us like we were TRYING to get something for free. I'm sorry but I didn't make the mistake and I don't feel I should pay for their error. My mother was right, if it's just going to go in the trash ANYWAY, why wouldn't you keep a client and let them EAT the food instead of throwing it the garbage to be sent to an over populated landfill. You are out the money for it either way! What did you accomplish besides wasting food? Not only did the manager handle the situation very wrong, the other woman behave very rude but then at the end the manager says to me, "I'm sorry but yeah we would have to charge you if we let you keep it." And I very calmly told her, "That wasn't the point. You just threw it away anyway and my mother is right. What you did was wrong." Then I walked away. Wasting food, horrible staff and apsolutely terrible management. There are PLENTY of other places that have better quality food and customer service. Go to Hobo's Sandwich Shop down the street. It's certainly worth it. They have GOOD quality food, the owners are supper friendly, and the price is pretty fair. We will not be returning to this Subway or...
Read moreAfter placing an order online in the app, and waiting the appropriate 20 minutes, I went inside to find my food had been given to DoorDash. Yasmeen, who said she was the manager, asked Miriam, in Spanish, if she had asked for the name of the customer from the dasher. She replied in the negative. When I displayed being upset by slightly elevating my voice, Yasmeen accused me of screaming at her. I was not even close to screaming. She offered no solution except to say that it had already been picked up. I showed her in the app that it was not ordered in or for DoorDash, however, she blew off my proof of purchase on my phone and offered no further solution again. I demanded a refund and the Manager's name and phone number of the person above her and She WALKED AWAY and REFUSED to come back to the counter. I asked both Miriam and Tania to get her back to finish the interaction because I wanted the phone number. They refused to bring her back.

Read moreI went today to get a sandwich. It was raining profusely. I entered the store to find two employees chatting in the bank around the corner. They made sure to complete their gossip conversation before assisting me, which took a little while. The young lady was very abrupt, speaking slang to match the heavy rap music coming from the speakers. And I'm sure that when a customer comes in wearing a health department uniform, you probably would want to put your mask on over your face while serving them. The employee did not do this the entire time I was in the store. She proceeded to make my sandwich and pick my cookies while wearing no mask and not washing her hands. This is unacceptable by any standards!! Even individuals in under developed countries are wearing masks in public places!! I will not be going back to this store again, which is a shame since I like the nail...
