Channelview Flower Basket — Local services in Channelview

Didn’t purposefully choose this florist it was randomly chosen for me by 1800 flowers. If given the choice I would definitely NEVER choose them, heed the warning! Paid over $140.00 on roses for a very special occasion and was embarrassed by what was delivered by Channelview Flower Basket. A hastily looking thrown together arrangement of poor quality roses (were dying without opening in 3 days)and cheap greenery all clumped together not even arranged nicely. The guy who called my recipient from CFB said those were very expensive flowers what was the problem with them. Yes, exactly that’s why they should have looked as such hello! Customer service from there was not any better angrily interrogating my recipient, energy better spent doing their job more professionally to ensure happy returning clients. Thank you but NO...

If I could give no stars!! I placed an order on 2/9 to be delivered on 2/14 and received a confirmation of my order. On 2/14 I called to confirm when it would be delivered and a very rude man told me they didn't deliver to where I had asked to be delivered (if that was the case why did it confirm the order) then he told me the card had declined!?! It was a company card!! He also said he called the number and told someone that the order had been canceled!! He never called anyone. Now my boss is frantically trying to find flowers for his wife!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL THEY RECEIVE...

EDIT: I've used this shop probably ten times over the last few years and have always been impressed. They do a fantastic job EVERY time and I would highly recommend you take your business to the Flower Basket.
