Cannot rate zero stars.CHECK YOUR FOOD, CHANGE AND RECEIPT!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.!!!!!!!!š”š”š”š”š” I got a 7 piece and a family pickle. I asked for my receipt and change politely. The woman at the drive thru window claimed she gave it to me already I said um ok. The recipe claims I handed exact change. I handed her two 5 dollarBill's, four 1 dollar Bill's and six quarters. How tf does 6 quarters equal 1.30?? ,and asked to buy two more ranch since I ordered a family pickle. She went back and forth with another employee and told me while handing my dollar bill that "you're good, there is three ranch in there". I was charged for the first and only ranch I received. I have a family pickle and a small side pickle but I cannot get ranch? I had to physically park my vehicle and walk inside to get a receipt. I wasnt even upset about the change until I read the reciept and she claims she gave me change when she never came to the window. And she gave me attitude when she was told that I didnt get a receipt she said " I did give her one but I can reprint it" honestly I wasnt gonna leave a review for the sake of future service but the fact that the employee cannot count quarters that are impossible to add up to 30 cents. Maybe get an employee who doesn't sit there and talk with the other employees and give customers attitude while discounting their change and calling them a liar when you clearly didnt hand me my change, receipt, or the ranch that I wassupposedto have with my meal and the ranch I paid extra for. Ā Ā Ā Read moreService was bad I waited over 15 minutes for cold food in drive thru. The employee walks out theirs 4 cars ahead of me she brings me my drink takes my money. Iām thinking ok Iām about to get my meal so Iām drinking my drink nope 13 minutes later I pull to window everything went smoothly I get my food ask the cashier can she give me a refill for the long wait no she couldnāt okay well why would you bring out someoneās drink but not theyāre food is my question. I make it home no more than 5 minuets away my food is cold from the tenders to family size corn fritters. I call the store for them to replace it by this time it was just about to be 10 nobody answers the phone. I look online for a number to make a complaint finally talk to a representative she takes down my information apologize and letās me know someone will call me tomorrow. Itās now tomorrow I call the store tell the manager the issues she gives me two numbers I call both finally a lady answer we tell her what happen she says itās company policy to bring back the food I tell her we tried calling last night but no one answered also they closed on us probley why the food was cold and old she then goes on to tell me she canāt do nothing for me. This time, I finally see that this place can only be as good as the management! I reached out to the owner of this location multiple times with NO response whatsoever! The manager is a young, arrogant, so-in-so that has zero consideration for the customer. To make matters worse they hire young folks with no work ethics who literally just state to the customer, āI just work here!ā I am so over supporting this local business. Like others have noted, I am sitting here in the drive-thru watching every employee visible, eating and drinking the products WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!! I have tunneled people to drive to this location, bypassing others because it USE TO BE A++++! Not anymore⦠It has become straight trash and I want to make sure that all that mention wanting good chicken to me, know to keep on pushing pass this Seagoville location!
