If I could give no stars trust me I certainly would. I came here this morning to pick up an order around 5:30am. I walked in & of course no greeting or acknowledging I even walk through the door, it was like I was invisible. It was a couple sitting down eating & the employee was talking to them. I gave it a few seconds cause I’m thinking maybe he got sense enough to say, “I’ll be right with you ma’am or how can I help you. A few minutes go by & he still chit chatting as if he don’t see me or I guess he showing me I just didn’t matter…..So, I finally said, “Excuse me, is there anyone else working”? He replies no, it was him & I guess the cook in the back. I told him I was there for an order could I get it please. I would have walked out of there but by it being a Uber eats I didn’t want to take his rudeness out on a customer missing their food. This guy didn’t know what I was there for, I could’ve wanted to dine in but with that kind of atmosphere, I would be scared to eat the food…He need to be told it’s okay to chat with customers that already have their food but you get paid to actually do work & take care of all customers that come through that door….Customers are what keep the business open & money in his rude pockets. I will never eat at this place or recommend family or friends & I definitely want be picking up no more Uber Eats from there. Customer service is a must and that’s what keep customers coming back. I don’t know what his problem was but if dealing with certain customers is not his thing, then he need to find another job, immediately!!!!!!!!!! Whatever job we choose in life, is our choice so choose wisely & what’s best for you. I do appreciate knowing that’s the kind of customer service y’all are allowing cause I’ll never, ever be back. I will call and talk with a manager cause it need to be known about the lack of customer service & if need be, calling corporate as well cause his behavior was unacceptable & the rudest I’ve ever...
Read moreSo me and my girlfriend (I'm posting on her google account) just went to this Denny’s as my girlfriend is pregnant and was craving breakfast and her go-to has always been Denny’s. So we walked in and nobody was at the front so we stood and waited which we didn’t care eventually we were told to find a seat and she’d be with us I don’t know her name but she was a small older white lady. So as we were told we started walking towards a section in the back I was following my girlfriend as she was anxious and wanted to be semi alone. On our way to the back the short lady stopped my girlfriend in her tracks and asked “where are you going?” In a very rude voice and very belittling and my girlfriend stunned couldn’t say anything as she was confused and the lady continued with “ you’re going over there? Yeah that’s closed.” As if it were so obvious and everybody shouldve known it was closed then as if loudly embarrassing my hormonal and anxious girlfriend wasn’t enough as she walked away she shook her head and scoffed with her hands up like she couldn’t believe we didn’t know it was closed. My girlfriend was not only very embarrassed and very confused she then asked me if we could go and we went to our car and she preceded to cry. I did go in after that and tell the lady how rude that was and all she could do was defend herself as if she wasn’t rude at all. No hate towards Dennys just didnt appreciate that at all from that lady maybe she was having a bad night or day but she really didn’t have to ruin my girlfriends night she was very...
Read moreTo leave a review, I must score a star. This single star was not earned. The visit was miserable. The store had an abundance of employees and many empty tables. My husband and I were seated immediately. It took almost 10 minutes to give our drink order. We sat with our menus closed for over 20 minutes while our server (Rosa Gonzalez, TRAINER) ran the register, bussed a table, seated a group of 5, took their order. Other customers came in and were served by other wait staff, received their food and bill, and left. We were still waiting for our order to be taken. Our waitress kept telling us she would be "right with us". Finally, she took the order and we waited. I caught the attention of the hostess who had seated us and mentioned we still had no food. She indicated it was coming up. We had been in the restaurant 45 minutes. I looked at the plates coming up in the window and informed the hostess we did not order sandwiches and fries which I could plainly see. She made a trivial excuse about the quality of the cook staff - I really didn't care and said we were going to leave. She immediately went to our waitress who was chatting with several others at the kitchen window. They all turned and looked at us as we stood up to leave. I did not pay for my iced tea. My husband had water. That is all that we received with the exception of absolutely pitiful service and glaring looks from...
