I’ve been through the Dunkin drive-through several times their food, never disappoints or their coffees. I’ve never had problems with my actual order but the service is terrible. Every time I come to Dunkin they make me pull out into the front of the building or park and for the door only taking my payment, not giving me my coffee or anything just telling me to move up, even though nobody was behind me several times. I have witnessed an occasion that a customer was waiting in front of the building. They were told to move up and not even five seconds later the Dunkin employee that was in charge of the window left, didn’t say anything to me at all went directly after five seconds to the customer they just told to move up and hand them a single coffee. their priorities need to be situated. Seems like they just don’t want to deal with the customers at the window at all. Not very friendly majority of the time they act like they just want you not from visible perspective. It took them for one iced coffee almost 15 minutes with nobody being behind me at all, and then making me move to the front of the building parked. I also had two items of food which were brought out almost 5 minutes later after they brought my coffee 15 minutes later. Their food and drinks are wonderful but their service needs tremendous help. Read moreI have been to this location on multiple occasions because it is the closest dunkin to my house, but even though it is the closest I’m going to be finding a new one to frequent. I would say about 90% of the time that I have been to this dunkin they have tremendously messed up my order even if I order the most basic menu items. There have been multiple occasions where I have ordered the large caramel craze and avocado toast with bacon and some of the following has happened to my order : I have waited 30 minutes (sometimes longer) for the avocado toast during non busy hours. Multiple issues with the avocado toast including it coming out cold, bread not toasted, or it coming out without bacon. I have order the large caramel craze and have been given a cup only 2/3 full of coffee. I have ordered food for my family members and only received part of my order instead of the full order. Read moreI’ve been to this location two times, both times just coffee orders no food. The first time I didn’t have any issues as far as customer service, speed of service, quality of drinks, or accuracy of order. The second time however was a little different. I ordered 3 coffees, one of them being a frozen toffee nut coffee. It was for one of my coworkers and upon her taking a sip she tasted coconut, which isn’t part of this coffee recipe and which she is severely allergic to. I tried her drink and confirmed it did in fact have coconut. I’ve been told the toasted almond syrup (the syrup the toffee nut coffee is supposed to have) and coconut syrup look similar in packaging so it is highly likely they got mixed up. I understand mistakes happen but in this case it could have been deadly. My coworker had an allergic reaction after just one sip. Dunkin as a brand needs to have different packaging for their ingredients to prevent this from happening, especially products that are common allergens...
