To cut to the chase, in case you'd rather not read my entire review, this Taco Bell location is great, and I believe that people are far too quick to leave bad reviews simply because it's a new location, and they're still learning the ropes. I had an awesome experience and meal, alongside great customer service, so I'd give it 5 out of 5 stars.
I'm an avid goer of Taco Bell, and out of all the times I've ordered online from this location, they blew my mind this time around. I ordered the new box meal for the grilled cheese burrito. When I arrived to the drive thru and told them my name, they informed me that they ran out of chalupas, an item that came with the meal. Instead of just moving me along, they gave me a few options that I could replace it with, and had the missing chalupa replaced with a burrito supreme, no questions asked.
It was off to a great start, and after I received my food in a timely fashion, I found that they also gave me an entire bowl of guacamole instead of the cheese sauce that was supposed to come with my side of chips originally. I was ecstatic, as I personally really enjoy guacamole. I suppose this swap could've been seen as a bad thing if you wanted the cheese sauce, but the fact that they at least replaced it with something instead of nothing puts a smile on my face.
At the end of the day, every part of my meal was there, as well as the diablo sauce packets that I ordered on the side! (Sometimes certain locations forget to give sauce packets, so putting them in the bag without having to ask? We like to see it)
Like I stated at the beginning, I think people are far too quick to judge a location that just opened up. Now that it's been open for a good month at least, they've truly proven that they are a great location. And people, please, stop expecting gourmet, authentic Mexican food from TACO BELL. It's fast food, so when you're given fast food quality eats for a cheap price, enjoy it...
Read moreSeems like the customer service and employees keep going down hill. Placed my order online. When I arrived to the store there was no employee to be seen, not in the front or in the kitchen. One employee came out the restroom didn’t acknowledge us and just went to back and disappeared. Finally after waiting a couple of minutes workers started to come out from back and asked us if we were DoorDash, advised employee no we placed an online order and provided name. She only gave us our drinks and said the rest would come out, she then moved on to the next customer. Multiple people came in to order and as we waited we noticed they were getting their orders prior to us so we went up there 2 additional times the worker said sorry for the wait and gave us a bag. As we opened the bag we noticed it was not our order, took the bag back up to the counter and one employee asked what was wrong and just went to grab another employee, she again asked what was wrong and she looked at me like I was to blame and gave the order to the correct customer. Mind you it was already touched and they still gave it to the other customer. After asking again what the name on the order was she tried giving us the drinks for the order but I informed her we already received them as we had come up to the counter multiple times. She looked around and found our order just sitting there, after letting her know it shouldn’t have taken this long she goes to the kitchen and starts talking to another employee and they make it visible to stare and laugh. Read moreUsually when I go through the drive-through I get super friendly, fast service today there was only one person in front of me in line and they had both of us pull up after we paid to sit there and wait, which I understand and appreciate fresh food especially when I’m ordering for three people. I ordered three of the box deals and I understand running out of boxes but you should not pile three orders into a bag like they did because our Doritos Locos tacos were broken, lettuce and cheese was spilling out of the tacos and chalupas, all three cheese dips were upside down, luckily they did not break open, two of the bags of chips were spilled, and one of our burritos was wrong. Also I had asked for one box to be made without tomatoes and there was still a couple of tomatoes in one of the chalupas as if they scooped them out after. Luckily the person that that order was for is not allergic to tomatoes but if they had been that still would’ve caused them to have an allergic reaction. If you’re gonna be out of the boxes, which I totally understand, bag each “Box” separately so that you don’t have these issues because I do not want my chips touching all over the outside of sauce packets and taco wrappers that have been touched with bare hands, it’s just unsanitary. when I had tried to call not even 30 minutes later no one...
