I ordered beef fajita nachos online ($14). Went and got my food to find I literally had 6 chips in my order. Went back to the restaurant and told them. The waiter then said " oh our online ordering service is messed up, that's only a half order". I said so yall charge $2 per chip? I then showed him nowhere on the website for the store do they offer a half order and would like my money back as no did was ever touched. He says he has to call the manager to see if they can do a refund and eventuality did give my money back. This was the first and last time I'll order from here. The food may be good but I'll never know. I will say the fact they know there is a problem (according to the waiter) and still charged me for a full order is pretty unprofessional in my opinion. This may scolding why they don't have cars outside...

I was a bit hesitate to come just because of the reviews, a lot had to do with the service. Naturally, I asked who they recommended, I was told Jorge, he has braces and glasses. He's extremely sweet. He made sure we were taken care of. They had an older gentleman who cleans tables as you go, you did not have to clean your table as you ate, they made sure your table was cleaned and your drinks were filled. I recommend the beef enchiladas, I'm a cheese enchilada type of gal but this place wins with their enchiladas for sure. I liked their queso. Their large is LARGE! 5 years ago this place would have gotten 5 stars, easy. I understand that covid really took a toll on some places, but this is ridiculous. $50 for dinner: a burrito with hardly any fajita beef in it (and what was in there was very small chunks), and their appetizer sampler. $5 for 2 kids apple juices (and the kids meals are nearly $10 a piece which is why I chose to sampler to share with my kids). Even their basic tex-mex combos are $10+ and don't even include rice & beans!) Nearly every single item (Including their salsa) was bland as all get out, couldnt even taste any salt before I added my own. From other reviews I see they've changed ownership, and new =/= better...
