I am writing to share with you an exceptional dining experience that I recently had at China 9 Cafe China 9 Cafe is not just a restaurant, it's a culinary destination that consistently goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure that every customer has a memorable dining experience. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're a fan of traditional Chinese cuisine or looking to try something new, China 9 Cafeis the place to go. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every customer leaves happy and satisfied. Whether it's accommodating special dietary needs, providing recommendations, or simply greeting customers with a warm smile, the Family at China 9 Cafe truly excels in customer service.

I highly recommend China 9 Cafe to anyone looking for a great dining experience. It's not just a place to eat, it's a place where you're treated...

My bf doesn’t stop bragging about this place and he decided to bring me here today. We drove about 35-40 mins from waller just to come here and it was 9:30pm the lady in front said they were closed and she could only take to go orders and I was instantly dissatisfied and felt disappointed â˜č but Jim steps in the conversation to the rescue and saved my night. After-we explained that we drove from so far and that the food obviously would get cold and to reheat again is not what we want to pay for he immediately understood where I was coming from and said go on and sit down and take your time we have to clean up before leaving anyways. We did tell them they need to fix the Google information on the website because it states 10PM and 10:30PM nothing says 9:30PM. That part can piss anyone off and well I was a lil frustrated so I did speak my mind as professionally as possible. All in all the food was incredibly delicious and I would return much earlier the next time. Thank you Jim that is what I call great customer...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRENDOUS ESTABLISHMENT!! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! The most horrible, ridiculously unprofessional food experience that I have ever experienced. Delivery was promised in 25-45 minutes. After waiting for 70 minutes, I called to find out what was going on to be informed that the order "forgotten by the driver and was still at the facility." I was then told that the "Manager" would be making new food and bringing it out personally. Another 120 minutes goes by and I call to find out why the food still has not arrived. I was then informed, by a very child like employee, that the "Manager" had a flat tire. No one called to let us know, meanwhile we waited over 2 hours to find this out on our own. To make matters worse, the employee on the phone seemed to think that 1.) the situation was extremely comical 2.) had absolutely NO regard for the extreme inconvenience 3.) offered as a solution for me to call the driver. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRENDOUS ESTABLISHMENT!! COMPLETELY...

After meeting a client in the area I decided to stop in since China 9 Cafe was one of the few Chinese establishments with anything over 4.3 rating. With high hopes, I pulled into the strip center and ready for a good General Tso’s. There was only one other individual having lunch so it was quiet and easy listening music to relax. I ordered the General Tso’s with wonton soup and fried rice. I will say it was probably the best wonton soup I’ve ever had. The fried rice and sauce was very flavorful and I would have been satisfied with just that since the chicken had a couple pieces that were a little wild. I left part of the chicken behind since it had a flavor to it that I wasn’t a fan of. Overall it was a clean cafe and the guy from the kitchen had a great personality, while the ladies up front weren’t welcoming in the slightest. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Will I be back? Can’t say with certainty that I will.

Came in around 4 and had the Orange chicken with fried rice and a order of crab puffs. The orange chicken wasn't fresh and drenched in the orange sauce. Flavor wise it was good but all that unnecessary extra sause ruind the entire dish. I'm thinking maybe they had the Orange chicken already on stand by which is okay, I get it but then they tried to rehydrate it by soaking the chicken in its sauce and messed it all up. The fried rice was definitly reheated in the microwave and bland to the core. Underseasoned forsure. I added my extra orange sauce to it to liven it up a bit so it wasn't so bland. The crab puffs were very tasty and fried perfectly. I also had their coffe (sokka) and it was very good. Would come here again but they need to work on that sauce to meat ratio.

Food is what is expected but the price for a plate without eggroll or drink is 12$ And for two plates and 2 eggs rolls your going to spend a good 32 bucks And for take out. Idk just a little overpriced And when you add up 11.75 plus 11.75 plus 3.20 your subtotal is 26.70 but they added a little extra 3$ and my subtotal is 29.70 plus tax and the tip I left them . It's cool but for that much money you go get you some finer dining Over there charging 11.75 for chicken and noodles then another 11.75 for a bowl of beef but with more onions and peppers than steak .
