Fajita Pete's - The Woodlands — Restaurant in Texas

My daughter and her fiancé have been looking for someone to cater their upcoming wedding. As I was trying to help I came across Fajita Pete's on a previous review that was written, so I decided to look into them. Right from the jump Rodney was so extremely helpful! This man went above and beyond and carried the greatest amount of patience with all the questions and phone calls I had. Through this alone I knew we would love for them to cater the wedding, but there was one small problem.... we never ate at Fajita Pete's!!! That being said, Rodney invited the newly engaged couple to come to his Gosling location to try it out. Both knew going in it would probably be "okay" cause it was too good to be true for the amount of food we were discussing and the price. Walking in they said everything was clean, very sanitized, and very welcoming! They ordered and everything arrived to them hot and fresh in a swift, timely manner! They both said they could not get over how amazing the food taste and how much was served. The groom stated it was by far the best queso he has ever tried and the meat was seasoned perfectly! My daughter said the tortillas along with the chips and salsa was really, really good! Within one bite they knew they had found the one to cater their big day!!! Neither of them had one negative thing to say about their visit nor the food! Absolute perfection!!! Update/Edit: After dealing with the below, an hour later I was contacted by the GM of the location to learn more regarding the situation. The next day, I spoke with the owner of Fajita Pete’s and received assurance the below issue was not a representation of their work and wanted to make it right. I received another order and it was PERFECT. I am happy and satisfied Fajita Pete’s is standing by their work and willing to make things right while going above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be returning back. Thank you!

Unfortunately, my order today was very terrible. I was so disappointed to find my order of Beef Fajita from the La Familia bundle was severely undercooked. I had to toss the meat away. In addition, the flautas were very burnt. Furthermore, the order was missing the queso and salsa. I spent $160 on this order just to be disappointed and now considering finding another Mexican restaurant to dine with instead of Fajita Pete’s. When I first ordered with this company I ordered the half pound fajita chicken. That meal came with tortillas, small salsa and chips. Then on my next order I ordered the same thing and received no complimentary salsa and chips. So I made the adjustments on my next orders to order salsa with my half pound fajita chicken. On my order today at 5:30 I ordered the same thing and received a half pound of chicken with no tortillas, half the bag of chips and watered down salsa. When I called the employee that answered said that they don't give tortillas with the meal anymore. How can you have fajitas without tortillas? Makes no sense. How do you call yourself Fajita Pete's and you sell a half pound of chicken with no tortillas. That's not what a fajita is then is it?
