Panicafe — Restaurant in The Woodlands

My sister and I stopped by for the first time today for a brunch date and this place exceeded our expectations! Upon walking in we were greeted by a woman whom appeared to be the owner or manager and she laid out the menu for us and helped us find what we were looking for. After deciding, another young lady by the name Karla (I hope im spelling that correctly) took our order and was very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all of my questions regarding the different baked goods they offered. My sister and I got the shredded chicken sandwich and let me tell you, it was delicious!! Definitely hit the spot. We also ordered the iced mocha and the iced caramel macchiato and these definitely tasted like coffee! I will happily be the first to review this place, Julianna was working the register and she was so sweet and very accommodating. The coffee was really nice. I got the iced caramel latte and it was really good, not too sweet and not too overpowering. I got the shredded chicken pesto sandwich which was really good, the pesto was salty and perfect amount. The chicken was a tad on the dry side, but other than that a perfect lunch sandwich. My girlfriend got the green baguette, which I don’t really like the flavors myself, but my girlfriend said it was great. Outstanding customer service! Had brunch with my mother and sister on a mid day. Very friendly and polite staff. Ambiance and decor are very welcoming and inviting. Food is fresh and of the best quality. I ordered a ham and cheese Argentinian croissant, latte, and parfait. All very delicious with the croissant being soft, full of taste, and golden to perfection. Latte and parfait were just as amazing with the best quality fruit and yogurt in parfait.
