FREEBIRDS… you have betrayed me. I spoke your name with pride. I told my brother—my own flesh and blood—that y’all were different. “Trust me,” I said. “They care.” But now… I have no brother. He disowned me mid-bite. Looked me in the eyes and said, “You lied.” I’ve been excommunicated from the family group chat. They changed the Wi-Fi password. Even my mom won’t look at me.

All because you couldn’t read a digital order. You had ONE JOB. – Corn? Gone. – Salsa? Ghosted. – The meat? You look like gave me one scoop, then scooped half back like I wasn’t watching. Like my tears weren’t already seasoning the tortilla. And the portion sizes?? I thought Chipotle was cheap but at least they don’t un-scoop my dreams in front of me.

Y’all turned my burrito into a therapy session. My lunch became a funeral for trust. Even my chips were stale—just like my faith in humanity now.

Never again. You didn’t just ruin lunch… You...

I'm not sure which is better at Freebirds - the great fresh food and many menu choices or the excellent employees. Our family frequently picks up dinner at this Freebirds on FM 242. Ordering is simple on the web site and our order is always ready on time. This week, there were two (2) employees that I want to mention. Sidel (sp ?) did an exceptional job preparing our meals on Monday and Bren did the same exceptional job on Tuesday. In addition, I called on the phone and Bren answered all of my questions. She was friendly, kind, respectful and professional. She and her fellow co-workers are the reason we are frequent customers. The Woodlands area has many restaurants with excellent food, but only a few have such great employees dedicated to making the customers happy like...

Freebirds goes toe to toe with Chipotle. Freebirds beats Chipotle, no doubt on the rice, beans, and that salsa verde. I do think Chipotle wins on the proteins seasonings, they have a bit more flavor; although Freebirds has that fajita chicken which has no fat or those chewie nerve pieces that unfortunately all the chicken and beef at Chipotle have. So good job on that fajita chicken Freebirds. The queso was a tough decision, but I have to hove it to Chipotle. Torchy's Tacos has better queso, I think. I do like that Freebirds ofers difrent sizes, unlike Chipotle, and the monster size bowl is a must for me ☆☆☆☆☆. Overall, I do recommend Freebirds if you're trying to eat on the...
