Pizza Twist — Restaurant in The Woodlands

I am not one to write reviews, but this place deserves it! My husband and I saw pizza twist on DoorDash when we were in Seattle and ate it twice while we were there because we loved it! We were so excited to come home and find there was one near us! However, this location blew the other one out of the water. All of the toppings were extremely fresh, and the pizza was delicious. We also ordered the Masala fries, and they were very tasty as well. The food was all amazing, but what stood out to us was the customer service. My husband and I are vegan, but more importantly, he has a severe dairy allergy. When we let the person taking our order know this, he was extremely accommodating. He made sure that he got the pizza right (which can be ordered vegan), and when he realized that one of the sauces for the fries had dairy, he made a different sauce for it. This tells me that he was checking all of the ingredients to ensure there was no dairy in anything being served to us. This type of care is not typical. He also offered us ranch and let us know that it was vegan before we even had to ask. I cannot recommend this place enough! The food is unique and is the perfect meal for when you can't decide what you want for dinner. The customer service is 12/10, and although small, the vibes in the building were lovely as well. This pizza place shows real promise and is clearly putting effort into creating an inviting atmosphere. The location is well-designed and welcoming, which sets a great first impression. I also appreciate the Southeast Asian-inspired twist on their offerings—it’s a creative concept that adds a unique flair.

Where the experience fell a bit short, however, was with the pizza dough. If the dough were allowed to settle more and the pizzas made thinner, I think this concept could truly shine. With just a bit of tweaking, this place has the potential to be a standout option for those looking for something different.

One concern worth noting: I visited on a Wednesday around 12:15 PM, and we were the only customers there. While this could be an off day, it does raise questions about consistency and appeal.

Amazing. Something unique and well thought out compared to other local pizzas in the area. Got the butter chicken pizza and cauliflower bite and red onion pizza. Was impressed with both, with the cauliflower bite I was expecting just basic cauliflower, but it was like crispy homemade breaded and spiced cauliflower. Pleasantly surprised. The small crust around the edges is well designed. A lot of other places let the crust be so big a lot of people just don't eat it. Everyone definitely ate the crust at my place.

Maybe y'all could one day make a unique signature sauce to go with the pizza? Just a suggestion for the more eastern culinary inspired pizzas. I'm definitely coming back at some point to try more though, these...
