Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in The Woodlands

We absolutely love Dutch Bros! The people are incredibly friendly, and the customer service is always top-notch. The energy at the stand is so welcoming, and the team is super cheerful every time we visit.

However, we’ve noticed a consistent issue with our orders. We always order the same thing—a Sugar-Free Golden Eagle Chai with cinnamon sprinkles and extra caramel drizzle (yes, we’re aware the chai itself isn’t sugar-free)—but those details are often missed. They frequently forget the cinnamon sprinkles and the extra caramel drizzle we pay extra for, and a few times we’ve even been given coffee instead of chai. On our last visit, they made it completely wrong and gave us a regular Golden Eagle instead of the sugar-free version.

It’s frustrating because we love the vibe and the drinks when they’re made correctly. We’d really appreciate more attention to detail on orders. With these improvements, Dutch Bros could easily be 5...

Big fan of the brand and happy to see them growing in our area. First, visit this location with mixed feelings. Of course, the product was great as always but the staff was not good. Pulled into the line and with the layout, once you are in you are trapped. There were 3 cars including mine waiting to order. There was five employees standing around with the ipads to take orders but were not, they were just standing there. One of them finally started taking orders while the others just talked to each other. Once my order was taken the line still did not move for 10 minutes. When I got to the window to get my drink there was a lot of staff inside but most appeared to be doing nothing. This really needs to be addressed. Discovered Dutch Bros. a few years ago, and have loved it ever since. Now that I live in the East Coast (where they don't exist), the first sign I'm TRULY AWAY... is by visiting any Dutch Bros. in my proximity.

Went to this location in Conroe, and got 2 items: (1) The Caramelizer, and (2) a White Mocha Cold Brew. Now I've been to Dutch Bros. in at least 3 states now, and I have to say the quality is ALWAYS THE SAME everywhere I go. I love how I can confidently go to any location and quality will always be above fantastic.
