I’ve been ordering to go from this place for a long time. Almost every time we spend over $50 at least 4 times a month. I used to tip often when the person taking the order was friendly over the phone. Lately, there seems to be new people each and every time I call. They don’t seem to be thrilled about working there.

Part of what I liked about it was that it was fast and convenient. There’s two parking spots reserved for To Go orders only. Which apparently they don’t enforce because when I went to pick up my order there was an empty car in one of the spots. I waited for the other to open up, but because I was waiting I assume the person who already had his order decided that he was going to be a tool that day and not leave. So both spots were taken.

I called to see if I could pay over the phone and quickly go in to grab my food since I had my sleeping infant and I didn’t want to get off and leave him in the car. Also I had a limp due to an injury. The lady who pronounced queso as “Kay-so” said that they no longer take payment over the phone. So I waited 5 minutes to see if the a-hole would move, but he wasn’t leaving. I quickly parked, grabbed the carrier, with my limp and took no more than 3 minutes to pay and get my order.

Food is always just okay. The only reason we went again, was for convenience. Even if there is a new rule about not taking payments over the phone, they could have offered to pick up my card and bring my order out like other places have done…

Or at least enforce the parking rule as I’ve seen many people park there who aren’t just picking up.

Will not go there ever again.

Edit: Just placed an order for tacos after a long time. Really loved the service. I didn’t get the guy’s name but he was super friendly and enthusiastic. A very rare quality to find in today’s restaurants. Looking forward to keep ordering...

"Grab n go" hardly lives up to the name.. im writing as a full experience..we have been sitting here for nearly 30 mins and still waiting on our food to come out. When ordering the manager or owner not sure who the gentleman was was upset with the cook crew as it was very apparent there was disarray in the kitchen. (Becareful what you say the public can clearly hear when ordering.. people want to know u have a handle on things and not just trying to make it through..just saying) this in fact may be why we are still waiting on our food. We are hoping the food comes correctly and hope the food is worth the wait..... food just came out (35 minutes) well... chicken and fajita meat flavor is just ok but very very dry.. you definitely will need some of the salsa to moisten it up. Rice and beans are ok, slightly different then what you would think...rice is different but good and beans..ehh its eatable. Overall you should try it urself maybe u can have a better experience.. for me and my group i think we will pass on this one. Id rather have fresher, moister food from a place like fajita petes down the road. In my opinion for our food which was 29.00 you just could get better tacos from a truck or trailer on the side...

There this place in East LA called El Taco Mexicano that serves the best burrito I've ever tasted. When I'm in California that place is always my first stop - literally. Today I stopped by Grab N Go in Tomball, saw the California burrito and decided to give it a try. I've been fooled before. GNGT did not disappoint! The burrito tastes exactly like the California burrito I've been missing from El Taco in Los Angeles! It was huge - I could only eat half of a half - and so flavorful. They know the guacamole should have a citrusy flavor. They know the meat should be well seasoned and juicy. They did not add French fries to it - who does that and why?! I also bought a mango/lime margarita. It is strong! There is definitely alcohol in the mix!! All in all I am so happy I stopped by for a burrito. I don't have a pic of it but I bought 1 street Taco that had so much meat in it, I could barely fold the corn tortilla around it. This was my first visit but it will not be my last. If you haven't stopped by yet, correct that decision post haste!!! (I added the El Taco pic in case anyone is familiar with it for the...
