Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Texas

The restaurant looks terrible. The drive thru seems as if it hasn't been updated since the 80's. I should have known to turn around just from the looks of it. The woman there screamed from the menu intercom "It's no working! Go around! Go to window!" So we drive up and asked for specials. She was very rude and short with us. TERRIBLE attitude. Still we ordered. She charged my card twice, but then told me my card had no money. I showed her my bank statement...showing her my card had been charged 2x. She would not give me the food or refund. She gave me some number to call and after a few minutes of back and forth...the random guy on the phone forced her to give me the food I ordered. She threw our baked chicken in a box with juices seeping from it. When we got home we found two hairs inside of the chicken. The chicken also tasted and smelled odd. It tastes wild.....or like canned meat. I'll never spend money...

I've went to this Hartz since my son was small and he is now 34 years old. They have always had the best variety of choices out of all the Hartz's I've been to, and always fresh tasting, cabbage, beans, macaroni and cheese, fish, fried gizzards, baked chicken, broccoli, the best. The only thing I've never liked is, although the restroom looks clean, it has a horrible odor. I walked in one day and that smell hit me as soon as I walked in the door. The workers did not notice but the patrons did. When I asked them to check if maybe the toilet had overflowed, I was told they didn't smell anything and they did not have time to check. I was so disappointed after having come here so many years. I stopped coming, but I can't find any Hartz as good...

Terrible customer service.... I believe if your dining is not open for buffet the front door should not be open for customers to come in and purchase anything, we should go to the drive thru. Then to make matters worse I asked for extra gravy on my to go order and they forget that. I asked how can you compensate me for your mistake and you say oh we will give you a gravy the next time you come. Not considering maybe this customer doesn't live in the area.... Terrible customer service, terrible communication from management... Who could not speak English ( which is another argument all together. I hope they shut this Hartz down because it does not live up to the tradition of the Hartz I grew up on and grown...
