Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

One word: Horrible! I would never go back to this place again even if there is nothing else around for food. They got my order incorrectly Tried to tell me a salad has always come with cheeze while we had a sald made WITHOUT cheese before Took the salad back, took out the cheese and handed back to us. We still saw cheese particles sticking on the clear cap. We could not accept that because my wife is alergic to cheese. Rolled her eyes and said they cannot do return & refund. Gave me and my wife an attitude when we asked to speak to the manager No manager on duty, just a bunch of teenage employees were running amok with zero customer service skill whatsoever. Manager got the phone and told us he is 45 minutes away and cannot be there to handle a refund. We specifically asked whether he would be there in 45 minutes. We came back an hour later, the manager was nowhere to be seen. Another employee at this time told us the manager will not scheduled to be in until tomorrow, and we have to go back if we want our refund. So, the entire day of operation with no manager nor any supervision at all. They can take your money but don't expect any refund or return. I felt that I am back in 1980s again. In general, this is a second incident at two different Jack in the Box's in couple months. Similar experiences, both employees and managers on/off duties have NO customer services at all. Today was my third time ever being to his Jack in the box and I will not even think about coming back. The service was just horrible, when I went to the drive thru I had to scream my order because the man couldn’t hear me, and even after that he still couldn’t hear me so he told me to pull up to the window, when I got there he had a mean expression and I handed him a coupon and he started raising his voice at me demanding my name and phone number, even after I complied he was still mean mugging me and being rough with my food, after he handed me my bag of food, I asked for a water cup but he lied to me and told me the machine was broken, so I offered an alternative and asked for a cup of ice. He then let out a huge sigh and started mumbling something in a different language and just grabbed a cup and threw ice in it and handed it to me without saying a word and just mean mugging me. I asked for his name and he told me “Jay” but this was probably a lie to. I came at around 1:45 pm on may 4th, and he was a middle aged Indian man. Please do better and correct...

Worst service i have ever got! Never coming back here. Such a jealous bunch of ladies that they call their so called “crew” never greeted us in the first place. Were making ugly faces, we have been calling them again and again on the counter but they never bothered listening to us. Pathetic customer service. We were clearly sitting over there for dining in but still gave us takeout order and were giving the others in trays. They were racist and rude. We were in hijabs, they never bothered telling us that egg roll has pork in it until we took a bite and had to throw it away. We also work in restaurants as crew members and we know our customers well, ive been to many places and they would just warn or atleast tell us that this thing has pork in it. These ladies were laughing at us as we suffered eating pork and regretted having our fun time out spoiled.
