I have found our new party rental company! We have used PLENTY of part rental places before so we for sure know what to expect but this experience was so much different. The booking was all done digitally so I did not have to take any time away from work. I was sent an invoice to be paid and then a receipt as soon as I paid. They messaged me asking if I needed anything else or if I had any questions and even the driver messaged me his ETA!!! He also shut my gate so my dog did not escape. I will for sure be booking more with this smooth and professional company many times. I cannot thank Mike and his team enough for going above and beyond to make our gender reveal the absolute best!! With the situation we ran into with our grass getting muddy to making sure we get a tent up they were the absolute best to work with. They could have easily told us it would be impossible but at the end of the day they stayed with us passed midnight coming up with ways and brainstorming to make sure we would get our tent, tables and chairs up for our big day.
