Very disappointed in today's visit. I usually go out the way to this location instead of the one on hwy 6 because I preferred this location for the employees. However, tonight I went there for dinner, I ordered a taco/burrito pack with 5 soft tacos and 3 burritos and a burritos supreme meal. At the speaker the lady kept rushing me, which is why I think she messed up the order. I get my order and it's all hard shelled tacos. So I let the gentleman know it was wrong and what it was supposed to be. He told someone in the back, I'm assuming the cook or the woman who took the order. A woman's voice said "why didn't she ask for that then" (with an attitude). He said "idk but she said it now" She told him to get the food back and he said they aren't supposed to take food back because of covid. She did anyway. So he said they will fix it and bring it to the front. When the lady comes to the front to bring the food, she doesn't say anything and just gives me the food. I checked it and it was still wrong. She was still outside because she was on her phone. So I let her know the order was still wrong and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and kept looking inside the store. She didn't acknowledge that she heard me at all except the eye roll. She came back out with the correct one and still didn't say a word, just handed me the food. The gentleman handled the situation very well despite his coworkers being rude and having an attitude. I will not go here until I know whoever that was is gone. My experience was horrible!!!!!!!!!! When I went in because there were about 6 cars in the drive-thru, when I came thru the doors, I had the impression that, they were hoping the doors were locked. It seemed a little early for the doors to be closed. I was not acknowledged when I came in, and waited for around 12 minutes before I was acknowledged by one of the workers who may have been cleaning in the back. He was professional and kind!!! His name is Joseph R. according to the reciept. He took my order for me, and I waited about another 10 minutes. No one would at least say we will be with you in a moment. But to put the icing on the cake the ones behind the counter looked at me, and one appeared to be the manager, who also did not acknowledge me. What I have learned about a few of the fast food restaurants in the Richmond area, you just donāt go at night. When you tell her she got the order wrong she says you should have checked the screen to see if it was correct and that you need to learn how to read a screen. She gave me a receipt and told me to take a picture of it and give it back. I reported it to customer service and she calls me saying there was a mistake on the complaint because she wasn't rude. When I told her it was rude to tell customers to learn how to read a screen she said "wow, really?" I said yeah really then she said dont lie. I told her she was the one lying she started yelling and didn't let me speak so I yelled back but she kept yelling and said she didn't need customers like me and hung up. I spoke to the general manager that sent me a coupon for $10 dollars and apologized and guaranteed me she took care of the problem and would never happen again.
