Louisiana Fried Chicken & Seafood (Richmond, Texas) — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered fried shrimps and fried chicken meals from this Location in Richmond last night. It was about 9:40 when I got there and they close at10:00. The doors were locked so I had to go through the drive-through. Got my order and left only to notice that the few items that they had available from The huge list of side orders that they serve , that is the coleslaw and bread were missing (By the way this was not the first time that there were missing items in my order). I quickly got back so that they don't leave, because it was about time to close. I honked the horn several times for them to open up the window and give me my missing items. Finally got them and went back home . The fried shrimp were fried shell on with feet still dangling. The entire meal of 20 to 25 shrimps was wasted because who eats fried shrimps shell-on. The chicken was missing the wings and was not made as the order said that it has a certain number of chicken wings in there too. The bread was cold and the fries were stale. I called the store today and asked them to speak to the manager. The lady said that she was the manager and so I told her about my experience . All she said was OK with no apologies or concern whatsoever. I told her that I was going to post a review against their location and again she said OK coldly. So here it is! I am not going to that location ever again. They have bad customer service and no attention to quality of food they serve to...

I went to this restaurant ordered chicken strips, shrimp and Fries. Customers are told that the only condiments they can have for their food is hot sauce and ketchup. Which make no sense. Everybody knows that people eat chicken strip with ranch, barbecue sauce, or that special sauce this restaurant makes. I was told that they were completely out of everything except the 2 I mentioned earlier. I knew the owner was lying and come to find out he treat customers different because his restaurant agreed to be apart of the We All Eat Program. Which means to help combat hunger during Covid, if you qualify the meal is paid for. I was very upset and couldn't believe that this owner or manager would discriminate just because the meal was already paid for, he lied and said he has no other condiments to offer, but to other customers, he all of a sudden had ever sauce you could think of.I also wondered how sanitary this place really is. I witnessed him taking old fries that was laying out on the counter and mix them in with freshly made fries, how disgusting during Covid. I went home and through the whole meal in the trash!! This owner was paid in advance by a TX County to serve the public and he treats you like you owe him something so beware. Who cares if your special sauce cost to much to make, thats your tasty signature sauce as you claim!! Then you cross contaminate with old and new food....

I like the people that works here except for the old short Indian/pakistani guy. Any time I go there and order a big menu or small menu, he chooses the smallest chicken sizes and gives to me and that is not my experience with the other staffs that works there. He is the only different person. Today, I went there and ordered the popular menu for $4.99 and he gave me a chicken breast with a peeled off skin.That chicken looks like someone peeled it off with their mouth, not only that; the chicken was tiny compared to what I get from other servers. I did not realize the peeled off skin until I got home and I believed he saw the "peeled off skin" on the chicken but he did not care. I returned it and i let him know how he always chooses the tiniest chicken and give to me compared to the sizes of chicken he gives to other customers. He got angry at me telling me he will only do it for me this onetime. That felt like an insult because I always get a big chicken size from the other staffs. I told him to keep his chicken, and I walked out. I believe the type of service people give you reflect the condition of their heart or how they perceive you and your value.
