Been to this location a few times. And I gave it a 1 star rating. Why? Well for starters the food is never hardly hot most of the time it's cold and old. Last time I went to this location to give it another chance I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo I was receiving my order at the drive thru once I left I parked to eat my food inside my vehicle, well the chicken patty was stale and cold! That 1 bite I took out of the sandwich I spit it out! And the curly fries was cold and old as well! Only thing that was good was my drink the Sprite lol I returned to get my refund and oh almost forgot I received no receipt!! Isn't that against restaurant protocol? To not give receipts? So I returned to try to get my refund and the employee working there said the manager is not here and you must come back tomorrow. I'm like ok. So I went back again at 1pm the next day on my break to get my refund and again no manager available!!?? Why isn't a manger ever on duty? What the manger does?opens up and just leaves and that's it? Heck give me that job! Getting paid and don't have to be at the restaurant at all? Lol this place needs a new owner or maybe needs new a new manager that actually wants to help with customer service! I gave up I don't have time to keep going back to get a refund. I am 100 percent done with this...
Read moreI placed my order at the wrong store and I called the rayford store and they said that I could go to another Jack in the box and let them know I spoke to the manager Juan and that they could call him to confirm the order, but when I drove all the way to the store they said there was no way at all they could help me out. I didn’t have anymore money to buy food so I didn’t get to eat anything on my lunch break and spent the whole time trying to find the phone number to call and had no luck. I was able to find the privacy rights and shareholders phone number every time I searched for the 1 800 number but I never found it.
I have been coming to Jack in the box for YEARS and the fact that it’s so difficult to right a wrong is ridiculous. It’s a billion dollar company and they wouldn’t give me the food that was a lowly 10$ combo at this store even showing the app screen that the order was “in progress”. Spring cypress wouldn’t do a thing for me to help me and that was so disappointing. The manager should be ashamed of herself for having such a power trip over 10$ that showed I paid for. Nope now I have to go through a lengthy process to get my money back in most likely 3-5...
Read moreI went through the drive through window order my food made sure I talked clear and loud through that speaker got my order looked at it before I pulled off look like they put 4 hands of lettuce on each of my tacos 🌮 I’m not a rabbit 🐇 so the girl working the window open the window and all the girls working inside peeping around the corner and the others girls was standing right there at the window that was kind of weird to me and was just looking at me so the girl that took my order asked what’s wrong with my tacos I handed her the bag with my tacos she opened the bag pulled out the tacos and pulled the taco out the white paper and touched the taco 🌮 she took the bag and closed the window came back and handed me a bag with fresh white paper with the tacos 🌮 in there I pulled off handed my 9 year old her taco and started eating my 🌮 not realizing those was the same taco 🌮 the girl at the window touched with her nasty hands my daughter had finish her taco 🌮 before I realized it was the same tacos 🌮 I’m calling the health department on them and if anything happens to me and my daughter it was because of this NASTY JACK IN THE BOX EMPLOYEES WILL BE GETTING...
