The venue space was rented by us for c/o 2025 graduation and the space definitely exceeded our expectations. Connecting to the TVs to display the graduate was easy and gave the space an extra pop! Tables and chairs were included. I think the selling point for us was 1) the fact that the venue space can be made to be smaller or larger depending on what you need; 2) there’s a kitchenette that can be used and was super helpful for our baked potato bar we had, 3) there’s park is right outside so our guests were able to take kiddos that needed to get some extra energy out right on over. Our water line broke by the meter and the repairman rudely said that it’s my problem not his. The broken pipe is right by the water meter inside the water meter box. He was just lazy and didn’t want to do the small repair. The repairman said that it isn’t his problem and that they wouldn’t do anything to repair because of their policy. Why did he even come here if he wasn’t going to do anything to help us? I thought it was so rude! He had all the tools to do the small repair right then, it would have taken him 2 minutes to make the repair. Shame on you for treating...
