If I could give this negative stars I would! Went last night to order thru drive thru .. couldn't hear the employee and told him several times. After the third time, he began screaming thru the speaker - "can you f---ing" hear me now? And continued yelling at me.. Immediately left the drive thru and went inside to the "manager" who immediately said.. she heard the exchange... that I was unruly and he did nothing wrong..im sure if i continued to plead my case the cops would have been called. Well ma'am after reading the reviews of this location I can certainly see this was a bad idea on my part. Evidently the "youngsters" that work here are allowed to do as they please and prepare food as they please and nothing seems to be done about it. The crowd of kids standing outside and walking back and forth during the exchange seemed to fit right in with the way this establishment is being ran. Even walking up to the drive thru window for a beverage refill.. walking up and down the drive thru in front of vehicles. If I had continued with my order no telling what they would have done to it.. so I left and went to Burger King down the road where I received a courteous young lady as I ordered... and even picking up. Read moreThis place truly sucks. Does anyone known its their STANDARD PROCEDURE to use two MICROWAVES? Yes. As in its in their standard operating procedure. Microwaved food is what you get. Complete with the 5 minute wait to microwave. Last time I went i got the sloppiest extreme curly whatevers- Disgusting sloppy soggy mess. Before that, was a half eaten rotton salad they refused to replace or refund. Before.. I watched them literally microwave a teriyaki bowl. The rice, the sauce, the chicken, the veggies : all microwaved one at a time, then just thrown in a bowl together. The employees regularly block off the doors and drive thru and smoke, and now, you xan even catch them smoking illegal things INSIDE where they cook your food. You cant even call to complain or get it replaced because they leave the phone off the hook, and their 1800 automated complaint line just runs you in circles, probably so they can avoid receiving any complaints at all... The entire Jack experience here is a scam. The one off Garth was much better, but sadly had a grease fire and shut down. I feel like thats the only reason this place still survives. I only gave it three chances because I was hungry and too lazy to drive for, but what was served to me was NOT quality fast food - it...

Everyone in line had to wait about ten minutes at the mike to place our orders. There is a sign posted on the window stating that customers are required to wear appropriate PPE inside the restaurant in order to get service while the employee wearing an untucked, grey polo shirt (supervisor?) isn't wearing a mask and not using gloves while handing customer's orders. If this wasn't bad enough, my order was wrong and I had to wait in line at the drive through another 20-30 minutes to have it corrected because the doors were locked. The main reason I stopped here was to get curly fries with my order and that's the one part they screwed up. This place does not appear to give top priority to their customer's health and welfare, customer service, and/or attention to detail. I'm avoiding this Jack in the Box in the future, and instead, going to Sonic across the street, where they do wear their PPE when taking care of their customers, if I want a...
